Clean, spacious, big aisle for wheelchair, friendly staff and food is great.
This could be a novel so will keep it short. We attended as a party of 7 for our daughter's college graduation dinner post commencement. 5 out of 7 meals were lacking - clam chowder had maybe two clams, Philly steak sandwich tough to chew, hamburger almost raw, and the jambalaya situation sent us over the edge. Maybe one shrimp? Server took it away and brought it back in same condition and stated it had shrimp. Looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Was unrecognizable jambalaya. My husband, who never does this, asked for it to be sent back to the kitchen and made right. Chef brought it out with attitude. Server mentioned that manager was aware of everything and would pay a visit. Never did. Very disappointing. Will never be back. Also, margaritas totally watered down. Only thing good was the pizza.
Brendan was excellent, could certainly see a promotion in his future.
Server (Brenden) was funny. He should do standup he’s that good.
Service was great, Brendan was very funny, I loved his jokes! Food was amazing, awesome experience all around
Great overall experience. Brendon was a great server. Pizookie was bomb.
Awesome service! Our server Brendan was hilarious!
Brendan was an amazing server, great humor, and fast service. The food was very good, good American comfort food.
Brenden was goated, shoutout the manager
Our server Mario was attentive and friendly. He recommended most of our food and he was spot on!! We enjoyed all of our food and the experience with Mario!!

Booth for 7 is tight and wheelchair had issues couldn't get close enough to table. Manager just said that it's for wheelchairs. They forgot one of our orders. It came late and was free of charge, but the soup was cold and they forgot the condiments which we asked for several times.
BJ's is my go to place when I want great tasting food, good service and the perfect ambience!
Poor service, the food was farbbelow average. Paid 35 dollars for a prime rib that was halfway inedible due to the amount of gristle and fat and was also overcooked ( we had a large table and all 4 of the prime rib meals were the same, terrible quality) . Veggies were still raw and salads were delivered after the main course. Waitress was not personable or interactive at all. Really poor experience. We won't be back. This isn't the first time we have had a poor experience but it will be the last.
Having a reservation doesn't seem to help - last two times I've reserved with Open Table and arrived on time, they made us wait. Waiter didn't show up for nearly ten minutes after we were seated. Food did not come out as ordered and was not very good.
2 dinners were excellent, the prime rib dinners. The chicken in the SAL's brewhouse chicken was horrible. It was like it was boiled. Rubbery, no flavor. The mushroom sauce was awesome, as were the sides.
