Poor service, the food was farbbelow average. Paid 35 dollars for a prime rib that was halfway inedible due to the amount of gristle and fat and was also overcooked ( we had a large table and all 4 of the prime rib meals were the same, terrible quality) . Veggies were still raw and salads were delivered after the main course. Waitress was not personable or interactive at all. Really poor experience. We won't be back. This isn't the first time we have had a poor experience but it will be the last.

Having a reservation doesn't seem to help - last two times I've reserved with Open Table and arrived on time, they made us wait. Waiter didn't show up for nearly ten minutes after we were seated. Food did not come out as ordered and was not very good.

2 dinners were excellent, the prime rib dinners. The chicken in the SAL's brewhouse chicken was horrible. It was like it was boiled. Rubbery, no flavor. The mushroom sauce was awesome, as were the sides.

Great workers and food every time I go! The servers are always so polite and happy to help whenever. The food can be a bit pricey but is definitely great!

The food was a bust. Wish I ordered smth else. Had filet minon with baked potato. Very hard to chew meat, bland potato. Ordered it with butter, sour cream and cheese. They put cheese inside the potato but butter and sour cream in a separate container. Hello! You put butter inside the hot potato, then sour cream and cheese. Wont return, quite a disappointment.

Pros:
Our server was excellent and attentive.
The place looked clean.
There was a bit of a wait, but they got us in quickly.

Cons:
-My mom got diarrhea after eating her fried chicken (which was a surprise to us all because it looked over done.
-My Asian chicken salad was a bit brown and the chicken was oddly warm in the middle and cool on the edges.
-It took a really long time for our food to come out.

Must say I just had a second interview with the lead kitchen guy Eric. He was very very rude during the interview. He only asked me ONE question Wich was what restaurant experience do I have. I continued to respond and explain my experience. He then ended the interview and said “I don’t have a position for you” I continued to ask if there where other positions and he stated “we are hiring but I don’t have a position for you today” the experience felt completely dishonest and I felt discriminated against for who knows what reason.

Saharath was our server in the bar area. We never had to ask for a refill on our sodas. He checked on us often enough to make sure we were being taken care of, but not do often enough to be annoying. When our kiddo dropped her soda under the table and the glass broke, he was there immediately and had us move to the next empty table so we could continue to enjoy our food and staff could safely clean up the whole mess. Such an amazing experience. And oh yeah, the food was amazing.

We had our end of the year office dinner on December 23rd. What a horrible experience! Got 4 of our order wrong. And forgot 2 of our guest order and drinks. The asparagus was dry like hay straw and our sever blamed us for helping someone who doesn’t speak English. He pointed at. Picture indicating what he wanted. They messed his order twice and then the 3rd time got wrong again. We told her what he wanted. Our sever was stressed and overwhelmed. There was a male server. Very tall and loud, wears glasses. Extremely rude. Held is hand up and told us to wait a minute. And when asking another question was told, you already asked that. Worst experience ever. I used to mange sweet waters and would come after my shift. Man it has gone down. Worst customer service, very unorganized. Not friendly to non speaking English people. Do not call and make a reservation because it will get lost, or info won’t be passed down and have to start over. Do not come here if you want to enjoy your time.

I’ve been here multiple times and Levi was an amazing server! I went with my parents and wanted ramen (which I knew they didn’t have) and Levi suggested the spicy peanut noodles which was delicious and the perfect substitute to what I was wanting. He had great service, a good attitude and helped us feel very welcome!

We enjoy eating at BJs weekly. They have great staff. Tonight Levi S. Served us and did great. We even purchased a gift Card special with set of BJs specialty pint glasses. Also we get 20%off the whole month of January!

Menu: it’s deep and wide, they have something for everyone.
Seating: plenty of it, we rarely have to wait for a seat.
Food: it’s just good eating. Food comes out fast and hot.

I ordered the trio pizookie from Ubereats tonight and was left bummed. The brownies were not cooked all the way, the amount in each dish was very small, they were wrapped in aluminum foil, the chocolate was mixed with the nuts and we got tiny little containers of ice cream. I’ve ordered this dessert through doordash many times so I know what the typical order looks like so this was just a bummer. I’ll stick to ordering from DoorDash I guess.
