I ordered 3 kids meals on DoorDash from this location tonight. My order was missing multiple items. They forgot 2 sides to one of the kids meals and a whole kids pizookie, as well as the chocolate chips from a different pizookie. Overall disappointing experience.

Had a horrible experience. Waiter was rushing us to pay, he was extremely rude. When I finally did pay he chased me out of the restaurant claiming I hadn’t and on top of that he grabbed the door trying to keep me from leaving. He then came out and yelled that the transaction had gone through. On top of that the food was overpriced and mid. The pazookie was burned.

I booked a table on open table for, originally 10 people. This was for a retirement surprise lunch. I called and asked if I could increase people to 11. I was told no on the phone, because the restaurant was unsure of how many people would be coming to their lunch rush. After hanging up, I received an email increasing my reservation to 11 people. (To be clear the restaurant was less than half full the entire time we were there) When I arrived, 10 minutes prior to my reservation, I was told we could not be seated until all 11 people had arrived. I explained it was a surprise lunch and it would be awkward to meet the guest of honor in the lobby, but was told "the manager" said all parties had to arrive. When seated, the service was extremely slow. We ordered appetizers and were not given any plates. It took some time to get them. Our food order was Extremely slow to come out. It took over an hour after ordering. Also, why would there be food items on the menu if the kitchen did not have the ingredients to make them?? All in all, I would not recommend.

My wife and I were out on a date night for dinner and a movie. Went to BJ's (online reservations) table was ready as expected, we ordered multiple samples to share instead of individual entrees. Food was good and atmosphere was nice. I would recommend to others.

It was a disappointing experience. We chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday, but the occasion was never acknowledged, and we were never given the opportunity to mention why we were there. We had a 6:30 PM reservation and were seated in a section with a very large party. Understandably, most of the server's attention was focused there, and we waited approximately 20–30 minutes without being greeted or receiving drinks. By the time our appetizer arrived, another very large group was seated in the same section, and we again rarely saw our server. Meanwhile, a couple seated about 15–20 minutes after us in a different section was greeted promptly and served drinks while we were still waiting. By the end of the meal, I was so disappointed that I did not want to prolong the evening and simply asked for the check when I was able to catch the server. We were never offered dessert, and my husband's birthday was never acknowledged. Overall, this was not the experience we expected for a special occasion, and it has left us uncertain about returning

BJ's does not treat reservations as most restaurants do with open table. In essence it put you on their waitlist when you arrive so we still had a 25 minute wait to be seated. From what we observed, we were sat in order of arrival so it didn't actually change our wait time at all. I will not be utilizing this again.

Colby is the best waiter ever!! The manger came and visited the table and so so fun and personable. The staff over all was nice, accommodating, and fun!

Horrible experience we went there on a Saturday night at 7 o’clock. They were out of both of the specials, the prime rib and the pork and the first four beers that I selected they were out of additionally, I realized that half the menu was missing and the waitress didn’t even understand that she should put the pages back in the menu. She looked at me like I was stupid. We ended up leaving. And after expressing my concerns, the manager refused to serve me any beer.
