I'm a bbq snob and bbq chef so hopefully my honest review will help them. Their ribs are cooked perfectly. Only have one sauce but I like it. Pulled pork is dry and only taste like pepper. They over shred it and have it sitting in a warmer that way. They also aren't brining it and shouldn't add in pepper. For brisket they only gave me untrimmed flat. Under cooked, rubbery and again only pepper for a seasoning. Huli hull chicken is cooked perfectly. I don't like the sauce. It should be on the side. Not hardly any smoke smell or flavor. They should stick a smoke tube in their pellet smoker. Also the beans were undercooked and flavorless. I'm not trying to beat you up. I gave you a star more than this deserved since most of it went in the trash. You are going to have to go back in the workshop if you want to turn your BBQ business into something folks from the south will recognise.

The stuffed potato was delicious but what took it over the top was the pulled pork! I will definitely be going back. Can't wait to try some of their other offerings.

The owners are so nice and friendly! The location is great at thinking tree snd the ribs completely fall off the bone. Best baked beans in town!

I ordered the burnt ends and the 4 meat sampler with the German potato salad. This was my first time there, the burnt ends were amazing would rate them 5 stars, the 4 meat plate came with teriyaki chicken, odd but it was very good, couldn't tell it had been smoked, polled pork which was quite tasty, the ribs were amazing very tender, the seasoning was great, buy the brisket which was what I was looking forward to the most may have been one of the worst brisket I've ever had. So dry, so tough, even the fat was tough, I would give this brisket 1 star. I hope this is not the normal for the brisket here, I will try them again. If your reading this black market barbeque, do better with your brisket!

They have the best bbq in Lane County. Saturday and Sunday burnt ends and potato salad are menu highlights. Tasty, flavorful sauces and always friendly. Meat on the loaded baked potato is also great.

I ordered two smooked loaded baked potatoes through grubhub and it was the worst i've ever gotten. The brisket was dry and chewy and the potatoes had very little toppings.
