Please put more light on the drink menu. Better yet, have a copy of the drink menu closer to the counter. It is hard to see when ordering.

I just wanted to say that the employees are incredibly nice and have excellent customer service skills. I ordered a mobile order through there app; however, it didn't go through on there end. It charged my card, so I assumed it went through. When I got to the window, they couldn't find it, so I reordered. They comped my drink for me and gave me a refund!

I waited in the lobby for over 20 min. for a coffee while only 2 girls where behind the counter, after taking my order no one communicated with me until I got frustrated and asked what the problem was I was literally the only one inside, I work across the street and I was late for work. It would habe went a long way if someone would have communicated with me.

Nice location to meet for a cup of jo. The food selection is good but somewhat limited. The interior is set up for those who want to sit and chat with a friend or two, do some lap-top admin, or host a small group around a large table. Seating includes table height, pub height or some nice lounge chairs. It's always clean and the pleasant staff know what they're doing. Never a long wait for a good coffee. There is outside seating as well, though be prepared for traffic noise.

I order delivery from Black Rock every day of the work week, and have for almost a year. I always get the same drink, a while chocolate mocha with whole milk, and for it being a chain I really enjoy them.
However, today my drink tasted off. I took a second sip and realized that instead of whole milk they used almond milk. I am allergic to almonds. At the time of writing this review, my face is swollen with hives and my mouth is numb.
I will never order from here again. I understand that mistakes happen, and I have throughly enjoyed their coffee up until this point, but I am unwilling to put my health at risk.
Please ensure that you are using the right ingredients. This could have gone very differently had I not had access to what I needed.

Getting my coffee in the mornings at black rock is always a great way to start my day. Audrey is always cheerful, cool, calm and collected when she is busy.

Central Voices

Had to cancel my order after waiting 25 mins for a dirty Chai and the place was so unstaffed the fedex driver had to hollar to get someone to sign for a package. Please hire more folks these kids are getting run raggied.

I hope the owner sees this. I completely understand that that your store was super busy, but I walked in to lobby and ordered a drink for myself and my kid. We waited 45 minutes to get our drinks. There were people there waiting even longer than me. It seems that maybe you need a better system because something isn’t working. 45 minutes to get an iced coffee and a smoothie is just crazy.

I hope the manger/ owner sees this and wants more information. I love coming here but my last visit really bothered me. The disrespect that one of your staff members has is incredible. When my girlfriend was ordering through the drive through the girl who was working could not understand her and kept getting the order wrong. She told her she was going to pull to the window so she could hear her better. She responds with “No you have to order there” Not only was she rude when taking her order but I could hear her talking shit to her co workers about my girlfriend. The management team really needs to make sure their staff knows what is and what is not okay to do when working. Have some common decency and respect to your customers.

Coffee and other drinks were fine, croissants was fine too, bathrooms clean and spacious, service was a little slow though, due to prioritizing drive through customers

Arrived on Sat. morning. Went inside to make an order, we were the first in line, Waited almost 10 min for someone to take the order. Which we needed to repeat several times because they didn't know wnter an order!
All their focus is on the Drive-through. Totally ignoring sitting customers!
