Definitely disappointed in this restaurant
Hashbrowns were mushy like mashed potatoes, small amount of gravy for chicken fried steak, and the juice isn’t fresh squeezed.
The French toast was good but served with Kraft syrup and rotten fruit
Would NOT recommend this restaurant
Second time trying it but still disappointed‼️

Tremendously good food (if you were raised by Irish / Scottish parents please come here and try corned beef hash breakfast), we'll be coming back. Props to Jordan for making us feel so welcome and for the lovely suggestions!

I was taken to Brail’s as a birthday present. I recommended it to my partner because of the great pics online and the good reviews. Even though there were many tables open when we arrived and only one table needed to be cleaned, we waited a long time. kitchen help was nudging us off to the side, we were completely forgotten, only after she said "Let's go somewhere else" and I walked up to register, the man who overheard her seated us immediately. When my breakfast came, the biscuits and gravy arrived without the side, the corned beef hash. The waiter just put the dish on the table and left without asking if things were right, and i had to catch up to him to ask where the side was. He paused briefly, looked up to the side, and said it wasn't ready. 5 minutes later they arrived, burned. Someone had forgotten them, the waiter hadn't checked the order, and then made an excuse to cover his oversight. The biscuits and gravy were cornbread muffins--Not biscuits. Not acceptable. I can say these things because I have 20 years restaurant experience from prep to Chef from family restaurants to Fisherman's Wharf. The waiter completely ignored my partner, who was paying for the whole thing, probably showering me with attention because he thought I had the money for his tip. He refilled her water when her glass was empty, although she didn't want it, and he didn't bother to ask her if she wanted more. It was room-temp water, not iced. No sooner than the glass was full, he turned his back and left. Cursory table service. We'd discussed his tip during the breakfast. We usually give a 20% tip. At first we were going to give him a 1dollar tip, or if he continued to ignore her, to leave a quarter on the table. Because he did refill her water and did ask if she was done, she decided to round up a 10% tip to 4.00. We both felt drowsy and "off" after the breakfast. I got a headache. An MSG headache. a couple of hours and a short nap later, we both felt better and talked about this and decided an honest review was due. I will not go there again, and we both agree: he deserved a quarter on the table.
Excellent coffee and menu.

Rolled Upon this restaurant in Eugene, pleasantly surprised. They have great options for their breakfasts, three to choose from. And a long large menu.

Food tastes good but was not hot. The food came out so fast that there was no way it was freshly prepared to order. The food came out lukewarm on cold plates and quickly cooled to room temp which made it unpleasant to eat.
I've been going to brails for a long time as it's a local favorite. But this morning was absolutely horrible. My daughter and I went around 9 and I expected it to be busy as it's Saturday morning. My daughter's food came first. She ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy was cold. So I said something to the waitress and when it came back it wasn't much better. I ordered a waffle combo and added strawberries and whipped cream to it. No whipped cream at all and my eggs or sausage did not come at the same time. Waited close to 10 mins for that to come out and cold sausage. When I went to talk to the waitress about our food she offered no discounts off or anything. I appreciate the apology but that's all I got. I will come back it just might be awhile before that happens.
Previously I’ve eaten 100s of times
Toss on 5th street
I love their Traditional Korean food
Today their Bulgoi was
Sweet not supposed to be
Way too much oil
New Cook?
Or this place changed the tradition
I tried to complain but to zero ears
I ate a part but now can’t come back till I’m called
