Definitely disappointed in this restaurant Hashbrowns were mushy like mashed potatoes, small amount of gravy for chicken fried steak, and the juice isn’t fresh squeezed. The French toast was good but served with Kraft syrup and rotten fruit Would NOT recommend this restaurant Second time trying it but still disappointed‼️

Rolled Upon this restaurant in Eugene, pleasantly surprised. They have great options for their breakfasts, three to choose from. And a long large menu.
Food tastes good but was not hot. The food came out so fast that there was no way it was freshly prepared to order. The food came out lukewarm on cold plates and quickly cooled to room temp which made it unpleasant to eat.

I've been going to brails for a long time as it's a local favorite. But this morning was absolutely horrible. My daughter and I went around 9 and I expected it to be busy as it's Saturday morning. My daughter's food came first. She ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy was cold. So I said something to the waitress and when it came back it wasn't much better. I ordered a waffle combo and added strawberries and whipped cream to it. No whipped cream at all and my eggs or sausage did not come at the same time. Waited close to 10 mins for that to come out and cold sausage. When I went to talk to the waitress about our food she offered no discounts off or anything. I appreciate the apology but that's all I got. I will come back it just might be awhile before that happens.

Previously I’ve eaten 100s of times Toss on 5th street I love their Traditional Korean food Today their Bulgoi was Sweet not supposed to be Way too much oil New Cook? Or this place changed the tradition I tried to complain but to zero ears I ate a part but now can’t come back till I’m called Bari Swartz
