Rolled Upon this restaurant in Eugene, pleasantly surprised. They have great options for their breakfasts, three to choose from. And a long large menu.
Food tastes good but was not hot. The food came out so fast that there was no way it was freshly prepared to order. The food came out lukewarm on cold plates and quickly cooled to room temp which made it unpleasant to eat.
I've been going to brails for a long time as it's a local favorite. But this morning was absolutely horrible. My daughter and I went around 9 and I expected it to be busy as it's Saturday morning. My daughter's food came first. She ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy was cold. So I said something to the waitress and when it came back it wasn't much better. I ordered a waffle combo and added strawberries and whipped cream to it. No whipped cream at all and my eggs or sausage did not come at the same time. Waited close to 10 mins for that to come out and cold sausage. When I went to talk to the waitress about our food she offered no discounts off or anything. I appreciate the apology but that's all I got. I will come back it just might be awhile before that happens.
Previously I’ve eaten 100s of times
Toss on 5th street
I love their Traditional Korean food
Today their Bulgoi was
Sweet not supposed to be
Way too much oil
New Cook?
Or this place changed the tradition
I tried to complain but to zero ears
I ate a part but now can’t come back till I’m called

Nice clean place with friendly service and great breakfasts.
Awful just awful In every way. Gross food. Bad services. Brails isn’t even close to what it used to be. Cold watery eggs over cooked pancakes, and bacon. Inattentive service,
I fell in love with this establishment from the moment I walked in. The view is wonderful, and being surrounded by the plants in certain areas felt refreshing. The food was filling and oh-so-satisfying. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great breakfast in the area, and honestly, even if you aren't close, this establishment is well worth the drive.
Great service, and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Had the Veggie Benedict with sausage added and it was the most delicious I've ever had! Home fries were delicious as well. Cleaned my plate, which I rarely do. 😍
Heather super ! Food great
Service was incredible. Food was amazing and relatively cheap. Offers cappuccino that was to die for. Highly recommend.

We love this place! Both locations are great. Consistently delicious food, and I've never tried anything here I didn't like! The servers are always friendly and it's just all around a great place for me and my partner to treat ourselves to breakfast. You can get french toast as a side here!! So you can order something savory AND get french toast for no extra charge! Also they make the best London Fog I've ever had. Give this place a try!
Classic breakfast spot that always delivers. Is it perfect? No. Does it deliver good consistent food, good service, and a nice place for breakfast? Absolutely. Would certainly recommend to anyone and will be back again and again
Our favorite breakfast place to stop when in Eugene. Great food & service is so friendly.
Great food, great service... a little loud, hard to have a conversation.
Had a great brunch here as someone new in town, and the service was incredible! So many great food options but I settled on the rice omelet which was AMAZING. The French toast was pretty good too.
