Food tastes good but was not hot. The food came out so fast that there was no way it was freshly prepared to order. The food came out lukewarm on cold plates and quickly cooled to room temp which made it unpleasant to eat.
I've been going to brails for a long time as it's a local favorite. But this morning was absolutely horrible. My daughter and I went around 9 and I expected it to be busy as it's Saturday morning. My daughter's food came first. She ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy was cold. So I said something to the waitress and when it came back it wasn't much better. I ordered a waffle combo and added strawberries and whipped cream to it. No whipped cream at...
