This is such a gem of a place and I am so touched each time I visit. I am gluten free and it’s very rare that I have been given the chance of such a lovely dining experience. The food is incredible, the cost is very affordable, the service is always excellent.

Yummy! It was cold and dreary Sunday and I had just finished walking my pup. We were soaked to the bone and wanted some comfort food. I stopped and got the chicken Pot pie and it really hit the spot. He even threw in an apple fritter on the house. Highly recommend!

This place is worth going a little out of the way for. The food was excellent. The fries were crispy and cooked in rice oil so I appreciated that. The chicken pot pie was really good and he is converting to organic chicken soon so that’s really exciting. Sadly, he was out of the desert, but it looked like it would be worth trying. Will definitely be back.

This is comfort food at its finest and it's a dedicated gluten free food truck! I love the chicken pot pie and mac and cheese, which taste like they're full of gluten, but they aren't! They've got a tent and a couple of fire pits to keep you warm and dry in the winter and shaded in the summer. The owner is wonderful and always brings out food he's playing around with for us to try.

I live across town from this food cart, and try to squeeze in an excuse to stop in any time I'm even remotely nearby. I hope this business is able to be fruitful and multiply.
Dietary restrictions: The entire menu is Gluten-free, which is a great relief for anyone suffering celiac disease. It's hard to come by bread or other carb options that are so unobtrusively gluten-free.

I never remember to take a picture of my food before I eat it because it’s SO GOOD I always just want to eat it immediately! On Thursdays the Italian Meatball Sub with crinkle fries is SO GOOD! No ketchup needed, dip your fries in the sauce! Friday they have $4 fish tacos that never disappoint. The food is truly delicious here every day they are open, and the desserts are always top notch! I especially love that I can order anything I want from the menu with no fear of wheat related illness because the whole menu is gluten/wheat free (you won’t know you’re eating something gf though! Typically gf breads are either dry or gummy but not the ones they use!)
Dietary restrictions: Braised is dedicated gluten free. You won’t know the difference by taste though!
Braised fries with the braised beef are the best french fry dish in town!!

I am a celiac, have eaten here four times and the Braised food cart is a dedicated gluten free cart. Braised presents very good comfort dishes, with large portions that are very reasonably priced. My favorites are the macaroni stroganoff, polenta bowl (with pork), as well as the cottage pie. Looking forward to trying the sandwiches.
