Every time I order a reg whopper over the last 5 or 6 times, the edges on both the burger and the bun are completely dry and don't taste good at all. I probably will go elsewhere for a good burger.

I work graveyard so I stopped in the drivethru at 11:32, there was a car ahead of me but after a few minutes they drove on, then I was there a few minutes no one spoke on the speaker so I drove on to find an employee at the counter on phone, with the headset on but also not acknowledging the drive thru. was it closed? I don't know, but they were not taking orders. the car ahead of me was parked in the parking lot adjacent to the driveway exit, which leaves me to believe they were not attended to either. your employees are running off customers.

Today at 4:21 I pulled into the drive thru…. I waited in line til 4:42 and decided to pull out. I never put it in my order the car in front of me was told thru the speaker to “ wait” and didn’t hear a voice til 4:38
At 9:15am October 20th I went through the drive through. The lady who took my order had to repeat my request for a ham cheese egg croissant and a bacon croissant with no egg. Got to window and she asked again. Then went to tell food preps and got it wrong. I again repeated it. So then I get my order. Neither sandwiches were heated up. Croissants were cold and stale. Bacon was ice cold and so was the ham. Aren’t they supposed to be zapped in the microwave? I don’t usually come to this BK.

I swear this place is angry at it's customers. whoever the franchise owner is has to hate burgers. there is no way you make a burger this bad unless you hate burgers. and the drive thru is completely dysfunctional. I wish I didn't hate McDonald's so much.
there is no way that burger patty was 135°. the cheese was 100% unmelted. seriously. if you hate hamburgers this is the place for you

Food was meh, service was slow and the soda machine qas down. But the people were over worked and tired and still served with a sincere sorry and a smile.
Absolutely amazing. Danny is so sweet and very funny. I never have a bad time at my favorite Burger King.

We waited at 20 minutes at least for our mobile order after being one of the 3 cars being parked in the parking lot. ALL BKs have fallen to the bottom of our lists. $9 for just a whopper, are you kidding?!?!
