They got my order completely wrong like so wrong it's not even funny and the one burrito that was sort of close (just the wrong type of meat) was soaked in some kind of juice to where the tortilla was slimy and there was a puddle of juice left in the foil when I unwrapped it. And my coworker ordered chicken burrito and one taquito he got four taquitos and some weird burrito with potatoes in it I asked for an order of beef taquitos and got 2 taquitos then we got this other container that was like the contents of a chicken burrito with a foil containing two tiny tortillas. Worst experience I have ever had there. I reached out on their website. If they contact me to make it right I'll update the review.

I called to get it replaced and they said it couldn't be replaced. They tried to lay the blame on Grub Hub. I'm sorry but they didn't make you make the food at noon, for a delivery that was happening 5 hours later.They had an order sitting around for SEVERAL HOURS and no one questioned it. If an order comes in for a delivery at a later time, make the food at that time. It is UNSAFE TO HAVE FOOD SITTING AROUND FOR HOURS!

Bean and cheese burrito hits different for sure and it's only 4.50. They know what they are doing and it's super quick definitely recommend.

NOTHING kills a dining experience when they IGNORE customers requests. I have ordered Chile Verde wet burritos with no vegetables many times, and I have received my burritos WITH vegetables more often than not, who wants hot soggie lettuce and tomatoes in an otherwise perfect burrito anyway. ALSO.. When you order a Chile "verde" (green chile) wet burrito, you would expect to receive a burrito wet with GREEN sauce, NOT covered in canned "RED" enchilada sauce. I'm thankful there are other locations that DO listen to their customers because Broadway location obviously, and clearly do NOT! I do not recommend this location for customer service, try W 11th or the Valley River locations, they listen better.
