There was a rock in my bean and cheese burrito. It just about broke my tooth.
What happen to the quality and customer service? Kids and wife loved burrito boy as a quick lunch since we live so close. Picked up couple burritos after baseball game, came home and they were not good, no one would eat them. Took them back the next day, told them they were horrible, just wanted new ones, they said no. 2 bean and cheese burritos cost you guys $2 to replace, now a family of 4 is replacing you. There are plenty of other options close by.

The manager is more worried about her bonus
More then customers
Made my food wrong
And would not replace it
