I ordered a breakfast burrito for my wife who has to have it a specific way. She cannot have any dairy. On the receipt it said no sour cream, they put sour cream on it so I went back to get it fixed and the burrito they gave me was nothing even close to how it should have been. I told them to hold off on the beans instead. They took everything off and left potatoes and lettuce.

Really confused. I came to grab a burrito in the drive thru and they have a bell you ring for service. I didn't see the person standing inside so I rang the bell two times (with time in between). The woman opened the window and shut it without saying anything. When she came to the window, she was extremely angry. She was short tempered and tried to tell me she was on the phone and I rang the bell twice. Well, I couldn't see anyone in there and didn't know if anyone heard me. I asked her why she was talking to me like that, so unkind and impatient.She told me to "order or have a nice day".I asked her again why she was being so unkind and she proceeded to shut the window in my face and not allow me to order.I have never been so disrespected - I did nothing wrong. I have no idea why someone would do that or how this is acceptable.I waited for 14 minutes "out front" while they parked me and served 5 other people on the drive through.What happened to actual good service? Horrible service - disappointed people treat people this way and get away with it. ?

It's pretty mid, but I love it anyway. I don't think anyone goes to burrito boy expecting the finest mexican cuisine money can buy, but they've got some good fish tacos and their breakfast burritos are solid.
