It's pretty mid, but I love it anyway. I don't think anyone goes to burrito boy expecting the finest mexican cuisine money can buy, but they've got some good fish tacos and their breakfast burritos are solid.
This place has been a staple of delicious food on West 11th for YEARS. The (off menu) Carne Asada Fries are SO BOMB, and it's a huge portion. One of the first places I went to eat when I moved back to Eugene. Highly recommend.
Not fancy, but tasty, quick, and polite. My favorite so far is the stuffed poblano burrito, and then add chicken. I like spicy, but the green sauce is my choice regardless!
Parking: 12 spots across the front, plus another five on the side, a couple other spaces in back. When its busy, it's hard to park at the door.
