This place just can't get it right. The past 3 times I've gone here they've screwed up my very simple two burrito order. You had one job. Save yourself the trouble and go to the burrito shop across the street.

There is a new lady working there; I've seen and experienced her during day shifts, a newer team member for the past two months, she's taller and a bigger lady - she is absolutely horrible! Never smiles, acts like customers are bothering her, makes hurtful remarks about customers to the people in the kitchen. Rude, lazy. Should be fired immediately

Ordered on Grubhub for delivery. I paid extra for it to be a wet burrito and came as a regular burrito :( it literally says in bed red letters âMake It Wetâ disappointing because I spent extra money for it to be wet.
The 14.00 plate with chicken, beans and rice was delicious and lots of food. I will buy it again for sure. So yummy

I love the green sauce that they make from scratch, even though the heat is variable depending on the peppers. My hard chicken taco meat is chewy shoe leather this time. The hard chicken tacos are sometimes great and sometimes I get over cooked shoe leather. So it's always a gamble.

Order placed 8/1/2025 at 6 pm. No one else in the drive thru. So it was not that busy. I have ordered from here many times and feel the food is better at all other locations. Beans were dried and crunchy. No chicken in my enchilada bowl. Charged for chicken. When I called I was told the cook said he put chicken in it. They said they could watch the video. I sure hope they do. I was using the last bit of money I borrowed to get my dinner. I was told that no one was there to help me and I should come in in the morning.i can't afford to make a special trip In the morning. Don't chance this location. River Road is not equal to the other locations I've tried.
