Your company must be desperate for employees to employee the lady at valley river drive through. Having a bad day would be one thing but she is rude and cranky everyday. Perhaps a family member of the owner, not sure what other reason you would keep her. I'm sure every person that goes through their drive through will know who I'm referring to.
It appears some of the staff may care more about money than giving good customer service and ensuring people get what they actually ordered. it is very disheartening to not get your correct order and then be told the charge would be more than the original cost for a simple fix. I hope this can be fixed in the future.
The food is authentic. . It always tastes so fresh and delicious. The prices are reasonable. The staff is always amazing. And the shrimp tacos are out of this world!
