Café Yumm never disappoints! The service at this restaurant is amazing. Even during busy times, front of the house gets it done fast! Of course the food is delicious. I worked for café Yumm years ago and I'm a lifelong customer.

Came in for a delivery at 5 on the dot. Girl was standing there doing nothing. I told her who I was picking up for and she replied "oh it's not supposed to be ready for 30 minutes but we can get started on it right now" Don't understand why children are so lazy now days. Like do your job, do SOMETHING, It's not hard. Especially when your doing literally nothing. Needs overseeing by management for sure.

Cafe yumm is my favorite healthy food in Eugene. The yumm sauce is to die for and service is always great, friendly staff and the food is always fresh and amazing. I grt the classic bowl with southwest chicken and the hand dipped dark chocolate oatmeal raised cookies that are bigger than my entire hand are INCREDIBLE.Dietary restrictions: Great for vegan diets and healthy weight loss! All kinds of options
Honestly drive to Oakway if you can, they're too busy here to properly keep track of things, they gave my order to someone else.

Reasonably priced vegan/vegetarian food served with a smile. Order at the counter, food brought to your table, bus your own table. Good, Healthy, and vegetarian/vegan. Rare for a fast food place the employees actually appeared to be having fun, at a minimum putting on a very convincing act. The food was enjoyed. I had the Chipotle Chile which was surprisingly nicely seasoned...adding hot sauce would have overwhelmed the dish. Partner had Edamame bowl which was also well flavored. Fast food vegetarian is rare, Cafe Yumm should be treasured for what it is.

Have gone to this one as well as many others. Always good food no matter what. The thing you can't beat at this location is the customer service. All employees are great, but Molly is on a whole different level. That girl kills it and always has a smile on her face, making sure ur satisfied. Need more like her!

The ingredients taste fresh and the sauce is good, but why do the rice and beans always have to be lukewarm? Seems like the only thing they serve hot with melty cheese is their quesadilla.

I work in the hospital setting as a nurse and have 30 minutes for lunch. Yesterday I called in my order to the inhouse Cafe' Yumm,. they actually answered the phone which is rare these days. I finished my 5 minute charting and went down to pick up my order. There were 10 people standing in line waiting for their food. I paid and went to join them. People were ordering behind me in a steady stream and there were not enough employees to keep up in the rush hour lunch time. Watching the process it was pretty confusing as to what orders came up first and the two poor employees had to look multiple times to determine which items were in the same order, and it seemed there was no clear process for prioritizing orders, after 25 minutes of patiently waiting and seeing now people who were in line after me were getting their orders and leaving. I inquired as to mine? The employee found it on the far right of the pickup line and handed it to me, completely cold and now my lunch time was over. My usual is a medium Hot and Jazzy with cauli rice. Not anything special, and it is now $12.00. For these prices you think the company could afford to hire an extra worker to facilitate the orders coming off the line during the lunch rush. They need more help. The food is great and healthy if you can get it. :)
