Possibly my favorite local business! I go in for whole beans (and cold brew in the summer) and the quality and flavor is freaking incredible! Eugene has many wonderful coffee roasters, and Caffè Pacori is my absolute favorite of them all. Eric, who is the proud owner, is a gem of a human - he's very kind and friendly, cares to get to know his customers, and is a creative mad scientist when it comes to how he's evolved the space over the years. Come for amazing coffee and stay a while for some free skee ball and other games, to lounge on the couch watching Saturday morning cartoons, and to peruse his impressive collection of 80's toys and memorabilia. I'm a proud member of Team Pacori!

I've been ordering Pacori beans delivered for months (years?), and they frequently drop a flier in about their store. So, I finally visited and WOW it lives up to the hype. It's pure 80's and 90's nostalgia inside. The roasters and staff are all super friendly and will answer whatever questions you have. Their per pound prices are the best in town, and the coffee itself is stellar. Be sure to try one of their wood roasted coffees!
