The best thing about Carlita's is the view. Simply spectacular! However, any Mexican restaurant that serves tortilla chips dusted with SUGAR is wayyyy off track! That, and a supposed "margarita" that didn't taste like any margarita I've ever had, served in a tin cup, mostly ice. The pork taco I had was ok, but the tortilla was served cold!!
