This place is disgusting and dishonest. The stink of rancid fat was the only thing I could smell. I couldn't get a straight answer about prices and was charged more than the listed prices. Cherry on top this place is run down and looks like the junk pile of a car repair shop. Stay away.

Carlito's Papusas are delicious! Do yourself a favor and visit this stand. There is covered seating out front and a friendly atmosphere. I walked a distance to dine here and was happy to make the journey. I should mention that Papusas are only $4!
