I only had enough for a burger and drink and I come here from time to time and certain crew and shift leads know my order by memorial and they threw in a order of fries no charge at all didn't catch her name but she's the best

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the dining area, kitchen, and bathroom were clean. I was offered a zucchini burger in place of a beyond burger, which they (I found out) do not have at this particular location, but I was already there and went with the suggestion (I should have just gone into the Trader Joes next door, but I just couldn't face that kind of stress...if you know, you know). The zucchini burger could never be a reasonable substitute for the beyond burger or any burger, for that matter. It's like eating a lettuce sandwich with 4 soggy zucchini pieces as an underwhelming side flavor. I'd rather just get an order of fried zucchini, as I would have, as a side, had there been a beyond burger. Sorry to the nice counter lady who told me she liked the zucchini burger. We have two completely different versions of what "good" is. Yuck. There is no reason for me to return to this particular location in the future.
Vegetarian options: No real vegetarian options. The only vegetarian dishes they serve are limited to the usual for what vegetarians are valued at as customers in most places. Side dishes ( fries, onion rings, fried zucchini...etc) and the failed attempt to turn a side dish into a burger.
Dietary restrictions: It's fast food.
Parking: They look like they could get filled up as they are next to a Trader Joe's, which is probably why they have so many "Customer Parking Only" signs.
Kid-friendliness: Just a seating area, no playground that I saw.
Wheelchair accessibility: I forgot to notice the entrance, but the bathrooms (single toilet, keypad lock) could fit 20 wheel chairs in them. And they have accessiblity hand rails at the toilets. Sink was low, no mirrors, though, or hooks for bags. But they did have a changing table, and two paper towel dispensers🤷🏻♀️

This is the second time after 7pm that I and my coworkers have gotten a.pink / raw burger. Called them and they said to bring back they wouldn't take my name or anything. Going back at the time was not an option.
During the day it's always fine and they are nice.

I’ve been to this locations a handful of times and every time the entire team is excellent! They are so welcoming and my order is always fast and it tastes fresh!

Order was all wrong which wouldn't have been a huge deal for the adults but our kids' orders, despite being listed correctly on the receipt, were wrong and we went uneaten. Also, I was so excited about the fried zucchini and it tasted like fried Lawry's seasoning. Overwhelming.
