I don't typically write reviews for fast food unless they are really bad or really good and I have to say that each time I go in for food the workers here have been exceptional! I hope they all get paid well or at least are compensated for how great their customer service is. The food has always been good too! I absolutely love the homemade lemonade.

I don't usually write reviews of fast food place, but the service at the W. 11th store was exceptional. One worker stopped to converse with me regarding my work (editing a manuscript). Yesterday I noticed a young worker. As soon as she helped a customer at the counter, she was performing other tasks. No manager directed her; she just was an astute worker who understood the importance of taking the initiative. In addition, (I'll refer to her as G, her first initial) she...

Everything was amazing. The food quality was exactly what I’ve come to expect at Carl’s Jr. The whole place, including restrooms was very clean. The service, especially from Ashlee who took care of us, was absolutely the best. Thanks!
