The food was delicious and fresh, the people were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and bathroom were clean. As a side note, I appreciate that there is regular toilet paper and paper towels.
I had the chicken club sandwich, fried zucchini, and a fountain drink.

Was there last night and had some slight struggles do to how busy it was. Unfortunately my order did get a lil messed up. But manager Steven(i hope i spelled it right, sorry if I didnt, might be PH not V) more than made it right for my family. It absolutely made my night and I so appriciate him and his team.

Tables are filthy, and the ice machine doesn't stop dispensing ice. We had to leave due to lack of clean tables. Wanted to add in case it doesn't come up that this is the river road location.

Typical Carl's but food is always cooked right, veggies fresh, easy access, never too long in line inside or drive-through but remember food is cooked when ordered, drinks taste right, special requests done right, and staff are always accommodating and will fix anything the few times needed. We sometimes change order midstream because someone calls from home changing it up. We're more careful to double check when they repeat the order so hasn't happened in a very long time.
