I have lived in this community for 60 years. I trade at many of the businesses in the river road area. My mom and I dine at least once a week at the local Carl Jr. On silver lane. We have gotten to know the manager of the store. Her name is Lori and she is so nice! She makes us feel so welcome. Her personality drew me in the very first time we met. All of the other people who work there are exceptional as well. You can tell they genuinely love their customers. I can't wait to go there again! Thank you so much for all your hard work and super good food!

The employees are very nice here. Not like the McD’s workers across the street.I’ve never noticed a bad attitude in any of them, and they’re always helpful.The customers can be a problem for the employees sometimes, but they always handle the situation respectfully and quickly.Weird to say, but it’s my favorite FF restaurant in Eugene.I just hope it stays that way.
