Excellent service. Food was done incredibly fast, and it was possibly the burst burger that I’ve ever had. Also the store was really clean, everything from the tables, floors, and chairs to the windows and restrooms. And that’s unheard of! But, the most impressive part of this whole dining experience was the customer service. The gal who was working the front was amazing. I can’t remember her name but if you ever go there while she’s working there is no mistaking who she is. She was so nice, and she seemed like she genuinely wanted me to enjoy every aspect of my meal. She is a shining star 🌟 in the food industry. I will be telling everyone that I know that the Carls Jr at Echo Hollow is THE destination for an amazing burger.

I ordered a single Famous Star, substitute the bun for a lettuce wrap, and it’s safe to say I was highly disappointed with what arrived. I am not sure in what world this is a lettuce-WRAPPED burger, but I find this whole situation very unacceptable. On top of it looking a mess, the food was ice cold. Usually, I have a good experience at Carl’s jr. but it’s safe to say I would not order delivery from them again.

Loupe I think is her name, she works in the morning and is absolutely delightful to deal with first think in the morning. Over the last year I have stopped in several times and she is always upbeat and pleasant. Food is always on point.

The employees are all very helpful, kind, respectful and patient. They all serve proud with kindness and respect. The food is delicious and fresh, it gets served fast with lots of flavor. There are lots of available seating, the dining area along with the whole restaurant is clean and welcoming.

It was horrible they got my order wrong after I waited about 15 minutes for it and then had me wait 15 minutes in the parking spot for a hamburger plane with only ketchup and I watched them help seven other cars taking and filling orders after a 20 minutes I just left without my burger I called to ask them how long it would be and they said it would be just a few more minutes because they had to help other orders . I left without my kids burger I had to get to work
