Our car club sponsors the Northwest Classic car rally, with classic Euro cars from all over the USA. ALMA provided two lunches for us: a gourmet boxed lunch and a fully catered lunch. Both were tremendous! People commented that the salmon was the best they’d ever had… and the location was 30 min from the prep kitchen!
