Chacha’s Hawaiian Grill Reviews
It’s delicious and the folks who work here clearly care about making great food. I’ll recommend Chachás to anyone, the prices are as affordable as can be in this economy, and comparable to other places. They keep the area clean and have great vibes overall! Love this place 💜
Got shrimp on my plate when I didn't order it. I don't like shrimp. When I asked for a new plate (because it permeates and other food will taste like it) he mocked me, saying "EVERYTHING tastes like shrimp?!!" Then he brought out 3 small containers of what was ACTUALLY supposed to be on my plate, with less ribs. Not the proper way to handle it - at all. I should have received a brand new plate that looked just like what I ordered. This was my first time here. Won't be going back.

Chacha’s Hawaiian Grill offers amazing Hawaiian-style plate lunches with options like Chicken Katsu, Dirty Katsu, and a mixed plate with garlicky shrimp and spicy beef. The food is delicious, featuring juicy and crunchy chicken, flavorful noodles, and delightful macaroni salad. Customers appreciate the great service and atmosphere, recommending the restaurant for a memorable dining experience. While there might be a bit of a wait, it's worth it. Some customers have mentioned that the food can be salty, but they still enjoyed dishes like the Mac salad and Chicken Teriyaki. The establishment keeps the area clean and has great vibes overall, although some have noted that they have been out of several menu items during their visits. The music can be loud, but using earbuds with white noise can help. Chacha’s Hawaiian Grill is wheelchair accessible with open spaces at tables and booths, and parking is shared with other businesses in the building. Overall, it remains a must-visit spot for delicious Hawaiian cuisine.
