Inaccurate hours. I wanted to come at 6:45pm and they were closed.

Delicious food, welcoming spirit. Spam musubi is 🔥 so is the mac salad and garlic chicken. Occasional treat cuz I ain't tryin' to go on blood pressure meds. Haha. It would still taste great with less salt. Hope to see more pop ups soon! 🤙🏼

Food is great but I'm tired of showing up at hours WAY before 8 PM when they supposedly close and find the place closed like today a Tuesday ar 6:30. Call before you waste your time.

Very good food! Problem is this is the 3rd time in 2 months we stop by for dinner on a weekday before 6 and you’re closed! You’ve lost a few customers, I’m done.

If its available the food is amazing. But 9 times out 10 MOST of their menu is unavailable. Please stock better. I'm begging you.

Best slaw ever

It’s delicious and the folks who work here clearly care about making great food. I’ll recommend Chachás to anyone, the prices are as affordable as can be in this economy, and comparable to other places. They keep the area clean and have great vibes overall! Love this place 💜

Nearly out of every item. Chicken was dry and salty. Beef was not seasoned and sauce was not very good either. Rice was also dry and unappetizing. Messed up 3 separate orders in our group of 5. Gordan Ramsey would’ve had a field day. Currently discussing our experience and our stomachs are not sitting well. DO NOT GO HERE!

If they took the prices down 1-3$ and halved the amount of salt on the food, it would be a 10/10. The texture of that garlic chicken is amazing, so is the flavor if you don't consider the overpowering salt content.

I’ve been here 4 times now and they have excellent food. The issue I have is the fact that they are ALWAYS out of half the menu. The staff is mostly nice but who ever does the ordering for this place needs replaced.

Great food and awesome staff. Atmosphere isn't anything to write home about but still super pleasant.

Walked up to order and the lady came over so I said hi :) and the lady didn’t say anything back didn’t even smile, just continued her convo with the kitchen as if I was inconveniencing her by being there. She was rude and the vibe was horrible. I said thank you on my way out and she didn’t say anything back. Will not be back.

Can be a little slow service sometimes but overall good food.
