Great food but comes out cold half the time. Horrible service, especially the lady up front.

I love this place!!! They not only have great food, they have a beautiful, welcoming philosophy! Everyone is welcome here, and kindness exudes from the time you walk in the door! I absolutely love their poke! My favorite thing to get is a half order of Oyster Sauce Poke on Spring greens, with Spam Musubi on the side. Yum!! Their prices are reasonable, servings are big, and you can't help feeling like skipping when you leave this happy place! Oh, and the music is really fun too! I highly suggest that everyone pops in, and enjoys some super yummy Hawaiian food! Parking: Parking right in front of the building.Kid-friendliness: Open space, not fancy, fun music.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps into the restaurant.

Hands down the best Teriyaki chicken I've ever had. The food came out pretty quick and was absolutely delicious. Definitely will be back again!

Great vibes, great service, and most importantly: GREAT FOOD. The garlic chicken is KILLER. Really good price, too, for how much food you get.

Just passing through Eugene and decided to stop here. Wow am I SO glad we did. This is easily the best Hawaiian food I’ve had in all of Oregon, maybe even ever. The da kanak fries are an absolute must. I may need to make trips to Eugene just to get this food again.

I came here with a group of friends, and I ordered the Kaula pig. It came with rice and noodles, and the pig was on top of the rice. I took one bite of the rice and it tasted like if they dumped and ounce of olive oil directly into the rice. It made it so soggy and distrusting that when I tried the pig by it self, it tasted so dry that it made my tongue feel like the Saharan desert. And on top of this I asked for a water cup to wash my pallet, after I had just had some of the worst food in my life, and the worker there responded to me in some of the worst way possible. I do not recommend this food at all, just go down the street to Hawaiian time and save your money.

Do not miss. This is the best Hawaiian in town. You will not find better in Eugene. End of story.

I like to support small businesses and what I love about ChaCha’s is that they fed the people of Cottage Grove during the ice storm! I had them cater a lunch for me and everybody loved the food! Michelle (Mgn) and staff super nice and friendly! Thank you for all that you do!

Rarely go any more as service and food have been uneven. Won't ever be going back. Arrived at 7:40 pm on a Thursday night, 20 minutes before closing but not horribly late for dinner time. Employee had all chairs up on table tops and was sweeping the floors to close. He informed us only two menu items were available and only for take out, we had intended to carry out so that was not an issue. The complete lack of interest in customers was apparent and I suspect the chicken they were willing to serve was probably several hours old and had been warming all evening. Figured another time at an earlier hour would be better, said eff it and left. The time was now 7:45 pm. No sooner had I sat in my car that the employee flipped the sign to CLOSED. This place is basically fast food, not fine dining. I assume none of the 3 employees that evening had a financial stake in the business, but such a lack of care towards the business and customers casts suspicion on the amount of love shown to their cooking. Eugene/Springfield has enough mediocre eateries, there's no reason for this one to exist.

Fav family dinner go to spots of ours. Always a hit with my picky 1 1/2 year old. Try the ube cookies, the gooey texture might be off putting for some but oh my lawd *chef kiss*. The only complaint I have but honestly is understandable is that sometimes they don’t answer they’re phone - assuming due to being overly busy or will randomly be closed cause they’re short of staff or unforeseen circumstances..
