“Of course my atmosphere was great because I went thru the drive thru. They were fast and the food tasted fresh.

I do feel like the mac and cheese and the taters need some help. It's not how the workers are doing it, its the quality if the ingredients used.

The best Mac and cheese I've ever had from a fast food joint is Arby's white cheddar Mac and cheese!

Overall good experience. Would recommend if you want chicken and dont feel like frying it yourself.“

“Sonja ( I hope I spelled your name right!) is a freaking drive thru master. Impeccable service. Who even uses that word anymore? People who get what they want, when they want and didn't even know they wanted it, that's who says it. Now that person is me and that's thanks to Sonja (Sonia? Sonya?) Anyway, give them a raise. They upsold me and that stuff never works on me! But hey made those crispy onions sound like life and I followed up with a donation cuz it made me feel so good. Props to A+ customer service.“

The employees are super super friendly and great everyone with a smile. The owner (Anna) treats her employees the best and makes everyone who comes through the doors feel welcomed. “KFC has been pretty good for a long time. Recently in Bend, Or. They had a very big slump. So big we almost didn't go back. When you're on a budget, you don't just write reasonable priced places off. Surprise! Something happened, and attitude changed this place. You can see it in their smiles. Food is better, employees are happier, and the place is cleaner. Hasta beat McDonald's any day of the week.“

“Haven’t been to a KFC for a while, stopped in to get a quick late lunch. Food was good. Price same as every where else although they had some $5 meal options which was nice. My main reason for this review though was to let the manager know how great the young man was that took our order. His name is Luis. Rare to get this good of service these days! He was very patient while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. We had questions and he answered. Very clean, polite and made nice small talk conversation while he was cleaning up the dining area. I would have left him a tip but I didn’t have any cash so I’m leaving this good review for him. Thanks for having a great employee!!“
