🌟YES YES YES! This is the best Chinese restaurant in Eugene! Hands down! I used to live in the San Francisco Bay area and I was schooled in what real good Chinese food is like by Chinese friends. I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!You must come here!!! The fresh real Chow Fun noodles are amazing! The vegetarian general Tso’s tofu is incredible! We are sitting here right now having this amazing meal and the rest of the restaurant is empty. Eugene, fix this! get your butts in here now! You are missing the best dang Chinese food in town! Trust me there is such mediocre Chinese food in this town and most of you don’t even know it. Come here and you’ll find out that it is the case. The food here is excellent and they are very friendly. So tasty! Good wok hau if you know what that is! Huge portions at reasonable prices! You owe it to yourself to come here. Am I making my point yet? Oh and the prices are good! And lots of vegetarian options if you need.

Edit three months later: we are having Kung pow tofu from Jade dumpling, which apparently has a well-deserved reputation for their dumplings, unfortunately I’m gluten-free so I have not been able to try them. But I can tell you that I know what layers of flavoring should be (and it’s not in this King Pao). It’s called Wok Hay. You really really need to come to China kitchen. If enough people are understood Chinese Food and Eugene there would be a line out the door for this fabulous place.

Stepped inside for a quick bite before a play and asked for whatever was quickest. I ordered pot stickers and they were done in 10 minutes, despite also having to go orders, and they were excellent. Definitely coming back for a full meal.

Tasty and a good value. Nothing extraordinary, but good staff, reasonable pricing and well prepared food make for an experience we will repeat.

Best and cheapest Chinese American food in Eugene! Great for vegetarians, you can substitute tofu or vegetables for most entrees. Try the Kung Pao Tofu!

I know many people rave about this place, but my experience was far from enjoyable. The woman working there—possibly the owner—was incredibly rude, which set a negative tone from the start. As for the food, it was mediocre at best. I ordered the L4, which came with a few deep-fried chicken pieces and just two fried shrimp. The chicken chow mein was overly salty and lacked balance.

Service was equally disappointing. I asked for two to-go boxes and was only given one. When I inquired about the ingredients in the chow mein, the response was surprisingly hostile—like I’d asked something inappropriate.

Overall, I’d rate this place a 2 out of 10. Between the poor service and underwhelming food, I won’t be returning.

The food was great! Nice and hot, good flavor. Good prices for the amount. I was surprised by the lack of patrons. It was a Thursday evening. This really should be bustling. They need to get some background music going.

We were so excited to try this restaurant! We had heard the food was delicious. It was amazing! We ordered several dishes to try and to have as leftovers. The fried rice, the eggplant, green beans, and mixed vegetables were wonderful! The spring rolls and sweet sauce great! Oh…and the yummy donuts! What a treat! You are our new takeout treasure!!

We went two days ago and it was fantastic. Everything was fresh and very good. My wife always has a to go box at the end of the meal, not this time -she ate it all, no leftovers. This speaks volumes of how good the food was. This was our first time but we will definitely be back soon.

I was looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant like the one in my home town. From the moment we walked in and I saw the decor, I was pretty certain I had found it!

The food was delicious and just as I had hoped it would be, with plenty to take home. The service was excellent as the server, who I think was probably an owner, checked with us often and kept our drinks full.

We started with BBQ pork with Chinese mustard. Hubby had the Chef special Low Mein that had had pork, chicken AND shrimp. He said it was delicious! I had the Orange Chicken combination plate that came with chicken low Mein, chicken fried rice, egg roll AND a cup of egg flower soup. We have no complaints of the taste. The portions were large with plenty of left overs!

What a surprise to find in a strip mall in Eugene!

100000000000000 stars! Best Chinese food in Eugene. This is absolutely delicious. I used to always eat at Jade Dumpling but we found this place and try to come here once a week! We order the general tso tofu , meatless wontons, and shrimp chow fun, it’s soooo yummy! We always have seconds for the next day , lots lots lots of food. The people who work here are very kind and friendly. The waitress goes above and beyond to meet our needs! My partner and kiddo and I are here eating right now! I’d love for the rest of Eugene to know how good this place is!
