Very lousy service, student workers don’t seem to know what they are doing and often get orders mismatched or mixed up. Moved very slow, were casually talking to eachother instead of prepping food despite over a dozen tickets on the counter. There appeared to be no organization whatsoever and I had to wait half an hour later than expected just to be underserved in every category despite putting down extra. They are always out of staples, paid for a drink but they were completely out of all of their drinks. Don’t waste your money here just go somewhere else 😭

rudest workers ever, always so stingy with portions and under-portion everything except rice. make it feel like you’re the problem for being indecisive if they’re out of something (which they always are). they NEVER offer any suggestions if they’re out of something like, it’ll be 5 minutes if you want to wait, etc. they just sit there and stare at you until you choose something that you don’t want. also insane pricing, if im paying 17$ for a burrito bowl i’d hope to at least get decent customer service, but every time i go im consistently left disappointed, broke, and hungry.
