RESPONSE TO SCOTT-THAT WAS NOT A BAY LEAF, I KNOW BAY LEAFS. NICE TRY!
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! THERE WAS A LEAF, A BIG OLD NASTY LEAF IN MY BURRITO BOWL. IT WAS NOT LETTUCE. IT WAS DARKER AND IT WAS THICK LIKE A LEAF, UNLIKE THE THINNER LETTUCE. I WAS SO DISGUSTED THAT I HAD EATEN HALF THE BOWL BEFORE GETTING TO IT THAT I RAN TO THE BATHROOM AND PUKED!!! HOPE I DONT GET SERIOUSLY SICK, GOD KNOWS HOW A LEAF GOT IN THERE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I felt every unwelcomed from the dirty looks and the rolling eyes. I almost said forget it and walk out but I had my kids with me. When I went to pay I asked for drinks to and the girl at the counter slammed the cup on the counter. Im a manager at a restaurant and this kind of behavior is not ok.

Staff were very unclean with the food putting stuff that spilled back into the containers . The customer service was bad. I asked if they could not get corn in my sour cream and I was told to suck it up. And they got upset and raised their voice when I asked them to remake it as I’m a picky eater and didn’t ask for corn. another staff had to take over my order cause she “wasn’t having it”. Overall the food and service was not it.

Even after all the interviews the CEO has done about it, they're still skimping arbitrarily. Was denied more rice of all things, with part of the reason being that there were more people in line and they were running low. Just make more?
Hope Chipotle gets fixed, for now I'll be going to Qdoba

I ordered from the Coburg st location. This is seriously what my “bowl” looked like when I got home and opened it up. It looked like someone ate half of it. So bad! If I lived closer I would have driven back and had them remake it.

Chipotle is advertised in USA Today as having a Veteran's Day special, buy one meal, get one meal for half price. Today (Veteran's Day, 2024), I walked in with my wife to have a meal while traveling through Eugene. No one there was aware of a special for Veterans, and I'm not sure they were aware of Veteran's Day at all. We showed them the article in USA Today, and they just shrugged. I left on principle and we went to Applebee's a few miles away. The lack of customers at Chipotle should have been my first clue, because Applebee's was packed. We had a great meal with a free meal for me. I have eaten at this Chipotle before, but I won't be back.
Don't order with the automated computer.. I got home with no toppings at all ...for my bowl ? ? ?

I will NOT be order here anymore. Staff depending on the day are just rude. I completed a delivery order today for the first time in a while because of the food quality and staff hopefully for some improvement. I have been under the weather and with all my food allergy my choices are limited. My order The chicken is fatty so not much chicken and the beans were extremely undercooked which made my burrito inedible. My advice skip chipotle and pick another local restaurant or food truck much better quality and food for the same price.
I reach out to chipotle on every occasion that the food quality was very poor even this time and no improvements have been made at this location.
The Coburg Chipotle always does a fantastic job delivery quality food and quality service! Always big portions and fresh ingredients. I don’t go to any other chipotle in town because they will disappoint compared to this one! Coburg Chipotle, well done!!
