I usually don't have a problem but today I took my daughter in. My daughter cannot do her own order, I have to help. I asked the worker to please stop when she was demanding my daughter do her own order. On top of this they continued to short everything even though I watched them heap each ingredient on the 2 teenage boys before us. When I say something they try to make it like I'm being a Karen. I've watched the same workers do the same to other plus size people. If I have to argue to get even half of what you gave the guy before me with the same order.... Just done. I'll cook at home.

It’s the only one in town that actually has everything ready every time. Thank you. Springfield and Campus need to come take notes as I leave there half the time with nothing cause those locations are out of ingredients.

Trash was overflowing. Trash on the floor near soda fountains. Some of the people that work there are snobby and act like they hate their job and end up taking it out on the Customer. Food is good but portions are getting smaller and the prices just keep getting higher. Sad too, because I really do like the food but sometimes you have to ask yourself is it really worth it anymore.

I like Chipotle generally. I like their service model, simple menu, and the quality is good. I had the chipotle honey chicken and enjoyed it although I would have preferred a bit more heat with the honey providing some sweetness. I think their pricing is good for the value and serving sizes.

Love the burrito bowls! Food is always so fresh no matter which location I buy my meal from. Portions are always huge for the price. I have them whenever I come to Eugene. Wish we had one in Coos Bay.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. Not greating us then rolling her eyes at us then rudely asking what we wanted… not to mention the store was kinda dirty.

Came in to order takeout got my food ordered queso the lady informed me that they were out of chips. They are for online orders only she still charged me the eight dollars that should come with chips told me that I would have to order online if I wanted the chips like really she had nine bags of chips sitting there. I ordered online my bag of chips waited went up to the counter. She advised me that I would have to wait until all orders were done and completed before she would hand me a bag of chips. I waited 15 minutes for a bag of chips. We quit going to the Springfield location due to this manager. I think her name is Anna. She’s always rude. Very disrespectful. We went into the Springfield location. We waited in line 20 minutes behind the basketball team. She told us we could not eat inside because it was past time, she locks the doors, sit at the table and cuddles her boyfriend and eat her food. We waited behind 20 something basketball players. How is that customer service she didn’t even hand me y bag of chips slammed it on the counter. I have sent reviews into corporate and not one person has ever responded to me. Will never eat here again.

Horrible experience there. Came about an hour before close. They were basically out of everything. I stepped aside to call my friend to see what she did want since they didn’t have one single thing she told me she wanted and was yelled at across the lobby asking if I was even gonna order something. I thought maybe I read wrong and they were about to close so I verified they were still open for an hour and got snapped at saying yah like I was some idiot. Then I had to wait for them to pull out the whole line and sweep behind it before i could order. The food was dried out both bowl and burrito I got were small and made in such a rush. Also when I was paying she didn’t even give me y total just pointed to the cc reader then snapped at me that my receipt was in the bag. Seriously horrible experience. Never ever choosing to eat at any chipotle again. Not worth it.
