Christina's Philly Steaks

Reading these reviews, it’s clear none of these plebs leaving low stars has ever had a philly, or even know what a real philly is- which is fine, but you make yourself look like a person who’s never left Eugene, which I’m sure most of you haven’t.
The roll is killer, the meat is killer, the fact they have wiz is authentically killer.
The bummer is the prices- holy hell, you can put a down payment on your own cheesesteak hut for the cost of feeding a family.

I have ate here several times! I usually get the hot pastrami sandwich! Not the cheapest place to grab a sandwich however it’s usually good! The sandwich alone is $14.99! I usually upgrade to a drink and fry’s. Makes it about $25.00 for one person with a tip! Today my sandwich had very minimal pastrami on it. Didn’t even cover half of the bread. All it takes is one bad experience for me to not want to go back somewhere! Today was that experience! I am not willing to support a small business that literally takes advantage of folks. This was very disappointing! I will not be back!

These negative reviews are kind of baffling to me. Sure, my sandwich was pricey, but it was honestly one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever eaten. I went for a supreme with cheese whiz and it was so amazingly succulent that it almost felt like a French dip. I'm surprised how little fell out of the bun.
That said, they clearly have staffing issues to sort out as there was only one guy there to run the entire restaurant. He did a great job all things considered, but it still took longer than I would've liked. I made sure to tip him well.
Also, I went to Charley's the day after and their sandwich paled in comparison, though it was cheaper.
Bottom line is, get the cheese whiz.

This was my first visit, but my sister’s fourth visit, the food was good. I had a double cheeseburger with onion rings my sister had single cheeseburger with onion rings, very happy with the food, very happy with the service, the price is what you pay when you have a restaurant in a food court, but if I didn’t like it, I wouldn’t go back but I will go back .

Zoe and Ariel are fantastic employees. They went above and beyond to help the few clients I saw them serve. Great food and caring employees. I would recommend the Philly to anyone looking for a great Philly sandwich!!!!

We got two philly cheestakes, nothing else no drink and no fries and it was $30 dollars with the tip included. The most over priced, lackluster meal the entire food court.

I have to say this place looked good but food is bad and bland the Philly had no taste and was just over all horrible. The staff act friendly and to you but talk about you behind your back I can't believe they thought people couldn't hear them.

I stopped for a movie, came across this place, their food was absolutely delicious, sandwiches made your way, selections of toppings, instead of " standard: meat n cheese wiz,"So good I took a bigger one home,Double everything, service with a smile, and great food.

Pure trash! Bland meat and American cheddar? Who puts cheddar on a Philly? White American would be appropriate but not white cheddar. I threw my sandwich away after 4 bites. Onions were sour/bitter as well. Probably the worst "Philly" I've ever had in the whole country. Got my order wrong also. Don't waist you're time or money

Everything is always fresh and I love the loaded fries and I go there every time I'm in Eugene every month and the Manager is an amazing lady and the employees are so nice and helpful I will always give them 5 stars...
