Gotta love a flood court Philly and Christina's is no exception. Sometimes I have gotten a slightly soggy sub, but Isaac makes a super good Philly so if you see Issac working you know it's gonna be tasty.

If they had a kombucha option I think that would be very nice.

The fry sauce is very good ON the Philly

Stellar customer service! Thank you for treating my grandson with such compassion. You deserve more than 5 stars.

Phenomenal service and burgers. Definitely coming back. Prices can be a little up there, but prices are up everywhere. Absolutely worth it.

The sandwich was way to salty. They took out Charley's and slapped another name on their logo, it just wasn't the same. Another thing I noticed the cook looks over worked and not enough help ,there were orders supposably being deleted and costumers hadn't gotten their meal yet , he'd been waiting awhile, before me.. I got mine before him. But she jumped right on it. As the confusion was just crazy. Never coming here again.

Food is great . However the employees touch raw meat and then continue to touch everything else without changing gloves. Touching Raw meat and then ready to eat food (bread, cheese, to go container) is something that anyone with a food handlers permit should know is a big no-no. Wonder what the health department would say when I contact them about this.

The woman who took my order was delightful! The problem arose when I attempted to collect my order. They called my name. I walked up, no other customers present. They failed to tell me that only half of my order was ready. I reached for something in the pickup area and was SCREAMED at because it wasn't mine. Would have been helpful to know. It wasn't apparent
and they'd been calling me to grab my order. two presumably owners standing around doing absolutely nothing while the cook busted her butt and took orders too. The food was not good. The burger was bland and greasy. Not the cook's fault. I suggest avoiding this place.

Really soggy sandwich covered in grease that gave me diarrhea. My toddler got the 3 chicken tenders kids meal and it was also excessively greasy. She threw up after eating half of the chicken and had digestive upset. She would not touch the fries because of the added pepper and other seasonings (and she typically LOVES fries). It cost $27 for our two combos and I have immediate buyers remorse. I could’ve picked anywhere else in this mall, but this place is not it.

If I could leave less than a star for service I would they wanted to charge me $0.50 for some barbecue sauce for my son's kids meal that came out of a big squeeze bottle it wasn't even prepackaged didn't we needed another box to bundle up our food to leave and the lady rudely said no we don't do that walked over to Panda Express where we didn't even get food and they gave us a box

The staff were incredibly nice to me and my food was bomb. You gotta come here yourself and form your own opinion because people have very different taste buds and overall experiences; my taste buds and my own experience led me to this review. Plus, it was so filling I was able to save my other half of the sandwich and my fries for later on in the day. Give this business a try and if YOU have issues about the experience or the food, please go directly to the business and talk about it so they can improve and do better because like any other business, they want to thrive and do good for customers.

Reading these reviews, it’s clear none of these plebs leaving low stars has ever had a philly, or even know what a real philly is- which is fine, but you make yourself look like a person who’s never left Eugene, which I’m sure most of you haven’t.
The roll is killer, the meat is killer, the fact they have wiz is authentically killer.
The bummer is the prices- holy hell, you can put a down payment on your own cheesesteak hut for the cost of feeding a family.

I have ate here several times! I usually get the hot pastrami sandwich! Not the cheapest place to grab a sandwich however it’s usually good! The sandwich alone is $14.99! I usually upgrade to a drink and fry’s. Makes it about $25.00 for one person with a tip! Today my sandwich had very minimal pastrami on it. Didn’t even cover half of the bread. All it takes is one bad experience for me to not want to go back somewhere! Today was that experience! I am not willing to support a small business that literally takes advantage of folks. This was very disappointing! I will not be back!
