Found Chula's through Grubhub and absolutely had to go and dine in as well. I've been in Oregon for almost a decade. For that time I've been missing the Mexican food I use to take for granted. Chula's definitely hit the spot in all the best ways.

Love this place! I've never actually dined here but whenever I'm having a rough day I walk on over and ask to buy some rice and beans to go. The staff are so accommodating and efficient, I'm usually walking out the door with food in hand in less than five minutes.

I have frequented Chula’s many times throughout my time in Eugene, but on my most recent visit, we received one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, courtesy of server Ryan! Excellent service and vibes. Plus the chips and queso and salsa are to die for!

Good food. Service sucked. The young male servers were absentminded and didn't pay attention to their tables much. The lady servers were so much better! Unfortunately we had a young guy who thought his coolness was more important than the service he provided us. Also, he yawned while he was taking our order.. that was weird.
