Absolutely amazing! Cleanest healthiest most delicious food and the girl is super nice. I always wanted to try golden milk, its incredible. The "savor me" and wrap. Everything was of the highest healyhiest quality. Been trying all the vegetarian options around town and this is my new favorite. Exceeded all my expectations putting other establishments to shame. Delicious gluten free and vegan! I feel healthy just looking at it! The carrot nori role is super delicious combination of sweet and heat, add extra Sriracha like me for a more intense experience! Would definitely go again!

Wow, good ice cream! I tried bitter chocolate and salted caramel and I must say that the two flavours really blend well together. Both were very intense and yummy. I love to stroll around in Ile St. Louis and Berthillon is perfectly located for a pitstop. If you go at an unusual time of the day (for ice cream eaters) you may have the chance to avoid the long line. A very good address but by favourite ice cream cafe in Paris is still Grom in Rue de Seine.

I have been living in Eugene since Thanksgiving 2015 and only discovered Coalesce Juicery & Whole Foods last week. She and her staff are absolutely awesome. They are the counterpart of Chaco Canyan Cafe in Seattle and Pappa Gi's in Portland. The food is exceptional. They are also as good as PeaceFood Cafe in Manhattan, NYC. The raw granola is the best I had on any continent. Please do everything you can to support her. We need more RAW in Eugene and she is the only one.

What an awesome addition to the growing number of food carts in Eugene. I am not vegan or even vegetarian and I find their food amazing. Fresh, nutrient dense, totally satisfying. I love the fact that they have juices as well as entrees. The Nori wrap is so good and so is the salad that comes with it, well worth the totally reasonable price. Coalesce is my absolute new favorite.
