EXTREMELY SLOW!!! I ordered 2 slices of pizza, I was prepared to pay the overpriced prices, but I wasn't prepared for them to take 18 minutes to pull 2 slices of pizza from pre-made pizzas and put them on a paper plate.

Avoid at all costs.

Ordered The Duck assuming it’s a grilled cheese with bacon and onions…thought it would be impossible to mess this order up. The sandwich came out with 7 or 8 slices of bacon and maybe one slice of melted cheese. It was a bacon sandwich.

I paid $21 for a sandwich and fountain soda, and the sandwich was barely edible. I’m unconvinced the kids working at this place have ever made a sandwich before.

This airport only has two options of places you can eat. Not sure how the other place is, but if desperately hungry and given the chance again, would just get snacks from the airport store or vending machine vs. paying the ridiculous amount for what I got.

Spent $9 on a latte that’s practically milk. When I asked if they could somehow fix it they said they’d have to charge me for another drink.

$12 for the world’s tiniest Bacon egg and Cheese Biscuit… no drink, nothing else. Just basic. The burritos were $13. It’s criminal especially when it’s so early in the morning and you have an early flight. They have coffee but no sign with the coffee options

I try and avoid this place at all costs when I fly out of EUG, but the times when I end up here I’m always disappointed.

6 staff members behind the counter. There system asks for a tip. Should I get a tip for having to wipe down my own table or for having to get my own food from the counter. What's the tip for? Food was okay.

I agree with one of the previous commenters—this is the worst cup of coffee you could imagine. However, the servers did their best and the atmosphere was good.

Not sure why they have a low rating???? I had a breakfast burrito and it was amazing! Fresh salsa on the side. Sure it is expensive, but every restaurant in an airport is!

Ham & Jam is very delicious, can't believe it can work wonders like turkey + berry jam as well. Dirty chai is also very nice.

Spent $17 on mediocre food just to get food poisoning later in the day. It was the only food I had today and I was in the bathroom for my whole flight to Boston. They need a health inspector at this restaurant

Slowest service ever. All I got was a coffee!
15 minutes is too long to wait for a simple coffee!! I watched him make my coffee, a turtle moves faster!

Friendly staff, fast service. Ordered 1 pizza slice, then came back for a BBQ Chicken Flatbread. Enjoyed both!
