Good food and service, it’s nice they give you a box on your first bowl at an “all you can eat” restaurant. It’s funny how some of these d bags complain that they couldn’t get 2 boxes even though they only got 1 bowl, cmon you gluttonous fools how big did you make that bowl? That you ate until you were full and still had too much to fit in 1 box.

We enjoyed our meal here. You get to choose your own items and sauces and it gets cooked right in front of you. We didn't have to wait long. The food was delicious. My only criticism is that the prices were a little high, and the restaurant is, unfortunately, a little out of the way. But you can expect good food here.

save your money! The mongolian grill location on W 11th or gateway are both better options! I came here with a friend as this used to be a spot we liked to frequent. Today however when we were preparing to leave my friend had a little bit more food than could fit into one box with the top closing. she asked for a second box (we were still on our first bowl) and at first the lady said yes. then she came back and told us her manager said that you’re not aloud another container (which we had never experienced) so she asked someone else and they asked the manager again and came back to tell us that we can pay $5 for another box (are they making up these rules on the spot??? i don’t like to go there but could this even be biased motivation with the current climate???). We were reading the board to see if we could find something saying you can only have one box (there wasn’t) and the manager on shift (im assuming) walks up to us and says “yeah do you want me to show you the sign.” and brings us to where it says you can have a box for your first bowl. nowhere does it say you must only use one box and it’s going to be tiny. I paid for the plate, and all my contents that fit into it. why can i not be given a second box to leave with the contents of my plate?? not returning.

I got my dinner and then asked for two to go box’s since I did not finish my food. they gave me one box and said they would charge me for the second box. $5 is what they said it would cost. So it would be an additional 5 dollars on top of the 17.50 for dinner just so I could take the rest of my food home and not throw it away. When i talked to the workers they all said the manager knew the food would be wasted but didn’t care.

Service was horrible. The guy running the front of the restaurant could not be bothered to serve us soup or rice. We had to wait for the overworked young lady to finally wait on us. The young lady was great but was doing 95% of the work while the guy was talking not working.

We got there 30 minutes before closing but we're told we could only get food to go. So it was very disappointing. I spilled some of the sauce out of my bowl onto the floor right in front of two waitresses and neither of them did anything. They did not offer to help, or offer a towel. They Literally stood there staring doing nothing else, and watched me get paper towels and clean it myself. Which I had no problem doing I did make the mess, but it's just not very good customer service. We were the only ones there. Other than that the cook, & the food was great.

Been eating here once in a while since it opened. Food is consistent, service it OK, but the prices are higher just about every time I go in. At $17.50 a plate I am thinking I won’t be coming back as often.
The food is delicious. I am able to get a lot of food in the provided bowls enough to have left significant left overs. Also it's cool to watch them cook the food.
Is a buffet but they reserve all tables . If you want to eat here especially on night hours, there is it way to eat on a table. Empty tables and you can’t take a seat.

This was always our favorite "go to" place for a quick and delicious dinner. The food is great but cooks are a little slow. But watch out for the money exchange when you go to pay. 3 times in a row now, they've played the money flim flam game. 3 times in a row there were no quarters in the till and a 4th time there were no dollar bills in the till. It's not a lot but they will short change you to make up for the quarters. Today for 2 of us paying separately, the total each was $16.50 we each gave her a $20 bill and she tried to give us $3 back because there were no quarters in the till. My sister tried to give her quarters but she didn't want them and still only gave her $3 back. She tried it with me too but I insisted she take the 2 quarters and give me $4 back. Then she acted like she didn't understand the exchange. Another time the meal was $16.50 but they didn't have any dollar bills in the till so they messed around making change out of the tip jar and short changed my sister $1.00. I pointed it out and they didn't want to, but they finally gave her the other dollar. Then they tried the same game with me. They also refused to honor their punch cards for buy 10 & get one free. They kept punching the card until we had been there 10 times then when we went to pay, using the punch card for the free meal, they told us they don't honor them anymore. They just lost 2 repeat customers. Tired of playing the "no change in the till" game.
