I purchased a mocha with oat milk. I have been ordering this drink for years. The price was $6.25 plus $1.00 tip. Service was fine and it was ready quickly. There was so much chocolate in the drink I couldn’t drink it. I stirred it and it was worse. I went back and told her there was too much chocolate and I couldn’t drink. Can you put half the chocolate. She asked if I wanted to remake it. She also asked me to walk across the area and throw it in the trash. Then she asked for an additional $6.25. I asked I have to pay again. Yes
The customer service when there is an issue with the outcome of the drink was terrible. Bad service

Wish I could give ten stars for this incredible coffee. I got the salted caramel latte and asked for it to be just a little sweet.. she nailed it! My new favorite coffee spot in Eugene for sure. She also owns the B Heavenly cart next door, will be checking that out another time. Thanks so much for the delicious coffee and for using all local/fair trade ingredients and compostable cups. I LOVE CONSCIOUS COFFEE!! Everyone pls skip the bucks and go here instead, it’s so much better! ☕️
