My expectations for the food were not high, but the food still managed to surprise me (not in a good way). The waiter / bartender behind the table was nice and friendly, overall the service was good. I ordered a turkey sandwich and after 10-15 minutes the waiter came back to tell me they were out of turkey. It wasn't a big deal to me at all and I ordered it with chicken instead.The broccoli on the side was cold, the diet Pepsi didn't taste like anything and the sandwich was also a little cold. The only thing I liked was that the chicken had a little spice. I can't recommend this place to people who want to eat something with a lot of flavor because it was pretty bland. However, if you want something close and quick to eat, this could be the right place for you.

Gluten-free & healthy food does cost a bit more, but it isn't junk or fast food, it's a healthy and nutritional option that most (95%) of cities DON'T HAVE...I WILL GLADLY PAY FOR DECENT FOOD THAT'S GOOD FOR ME OVER ANY CHAIN AROUND EUGENE, AND THAT BREAKFAST BOWL IN THE PICTURE, IS DELICIOUS, NUTRITIOUS, OH & PRESENTED VERY BEAUTIFULLY!!THANKS TO WHOEVER ACTUALLY MADE THIS PLACE HAPPEN!!LONG TIME EUGENE RESIDENT THAT STUMBLED UPON THIS PLACE WHILE MY FAMILY STAYED HERE FROM NEW YORK.
A beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. The rooms are beautiful... ours was workout friendly with a number of resources in the room.

I love the staff they are great!! been here 6 weeks or so now till after December and they fought of our family who was being lost in the red cross mess..they made it happen we are safe and still here. the holiday farm fire brought out a bunch of fakes and lots of fraud and they are gone!!! thanks to the team work and communication they have went over the top! Dont ever have issues with cleaning the place is always clean..that I love

Wonderful experience with inspirational words written everywhere. Everyone working I noticed were humming to music and seemed to enjoy being there working and interacting with guests, beautiful!
