Chewy beef. Neither the beef nor chicken was that flavorful. The salad was nice and refreshing.

I heard that this place was good from a few friends. I finally tried it and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be eating here again.

I was excited to try da nang because people be reppin its bomb but...First bad experience was they opened late. I understand that happens sometimes but when we all live in a corporate world and when you only get 30-60 mins for lunch it's unsavory.Second is they forgot my order. Bummer. Even though I was there at 11:58am I didn't get my food till 12:31pm despite being first in line. Again, corporate world lunch experienced was terribly hindered by the neglect. The food itself was mid at best. There was evidence of good flavor in 30% of the ingredients. Basically what your getting is grilled chicken, great but it's the grill and not the ingredients. Flavorless noodles and greens. It does come with two sauces. One was red and quite good, certainly the most flavorful item in the entire meal. The other sauce was water. You seriously could have just told me it's a cup of water with a few drops of vinegar and a few grains of sugar.Pretty disappointed over all. Sorry da nang. I'll be moving on. I wish you the best

Best Vietnamese in Bend - by far. One of the best Banh mi sandwiches I've ever had. Super fresh and high quality ingredient and the staff is always super nice! Will always come back

Delicious chicken pho! I was surprised that they didn’t have beef but it was fantastically flavored and I really enjoyed eating outside next to the fire pit on a cold night.

Da Nang's tofu boats are some of my favorites around. This food cart is one of the best in town

Vegetarian options: Best tofu ever. Even meat lovers say they love it from here

Love the concept, and I love a bahn mi. This just didn't do it for me.The chicken was cooked well, had a killer char, and wasn't dry. The flavor was mostly char. The carrot was plentiful, I would've loved if the carrot and daikon were closer ratios. Would've loved a cucumber. If there was cucumber, I missed it.I don't know why there were peanuts. They didn't bother me but they also didn't add anything. The garlic sauce was tasty, I wish there was more, as the sandwich as a whole ran dry.The bread was the real miss for me. The bread is what makes a bahn mi. It was too crusty and left my mouth feeling torn apart like a bowl of captain crunch. I had to remove the particularly rough pieces to get to the softer pieces. A lot of bread was left behind. It was also one of the spendier bahn-mi I've had. I'm fine paying for a killer sandwich, but this wasn't me.You want a killer bahn-mi, keep searching.

Their Bahn mi is by far the best Bahn mi. They are temporarily closed while opening a new location but I will be waiting patiently for them to reopen for the Bahn mi. That is all. Thank you.

Had to wait a while for the pho, but it was SO worth it! Thanks again!
