This is the closest bagel shop to my house and over the years I have eaten there a number of times. I have always recieved incredibly poor service from the employees along with completely mid food. When they invariably mess up my order there is no acknowledgement or apology, just a snotty and defensive attitude about it. I always feel like I am putting the employees out by frequenting thie establishment and my partner and I joke that the Daily Bagel must have a hiring process that selects for pointed rudeness in applicants. I usually pass by the Daily Bagel on my Sunday long run, but even after having run for 2 hours and wanting nothing more than a bagel, I can not bring myself to give this place any more business.

Severely disappointed in the decline of this place. Used to be my favorite place to have a bagel and coffee but in my last 3 interactions with this place my food and drink have been nearly inedible.

I ordered a chocolate bagel with plain cream cheese, but it unfortunately tasted like onions—likely due to cross-contamination. The bagel itself had more of a dense, French bread texture rather than the chewiness you’d expect from a bagel. It also took about 15–20 minutes just to get my bagel and an iced latte. The staff seemed disengaged and looked like they really didn’t want to be there, which added to the overall disappointing vibe.

Absolutely terrible experience. Stood at the counter for several minutes while the cashier just looked around aimlessly and never even acknowledged I existed. Eventually I just gave up and left. Don't bother with this business.

This has been a favorite spot for many years, but as of the last few months the quality has gone down hill... Maybe its the cycling of staff or maybe altering the recipes to keep up with inflation, either way, the cream cheeses have become less flavorful and contain far less ingredients than before. The bagels which were always a perfect balance of crusty and chewy texture have now become that of French bread. Its hard to distinguish any difference from one you would get at the Safeway or Winco bakery. Guess ill have to look around for a new bagel shop.

I order breakfast delivery occasionally from GrubHub and I order the same thing everytime. The last two sandwiches have been on the wrong bagel. Not my first choice or my second, a random “everything” bagel which I frankly do not like. If they’re out of the bagels I actually want, fine whatever, but maybe call and ask which one I want instead of choosing a random messy one I have to pick everything off of. I’d be less upset if they’d just used a plain one as a substitute if it was really necessary.

Ordered egg/sausage bagel on a PLAIN bagel at 9:30 AM from Door Dash but the bagel was loaded w/ seeds which I cannot eat and could not return since it was a delivery. Sloppy service to say the least. Will never order from there again.
