Was just in this old DQ by the university, and it smelled like something electronic was burning. The workers all looked like they were literally dying. I’m not sure I’d ever buy food from a DQ again, if they are willing to serve food in these conditions.

It’s dead in here not a single soul not even in the drive though and the orders are taking a million years to come out, workers not only look dirty and greasy, they have zero costumer service skills, you’d think a clean appearance would be a requirement in the service industry! Well not here

Asian guy in the morning guy who seemed like he worked higher up was incredibly rude and gave tiny proportions
Being on the intersection of two one ways is unfortunate. So is being the closest fast food to campus. Nothing irks me more than the fact that this is the ONLY location that wont let me get a side of flamethrower sauce. Every single time I try and give them another chance, they let me down.

This place is not good. Blizzards are always so runny I have to put them in the freezer. After several attempts, I’m never going back to the 13th Ave DQ. I’d rather eat yellow snow

We were here late at night. Honestly didn't feel safe. The crew were yelling at each other, and it was obviously hard to get goid employees. The building is also a little rough. It filled the bill for a late night snake, but we may have gone elsewhere given additional choices.

Walked in to a worker just sitting on her phone took our order while on her phone. Asked for a lid for a blizzard cup and she couldn't even give us the right one because she was too distracted by HER PHONE. Fries were raw that was pretty appetizing.....

The workers on 7/23/25 in the early evening were great! Very kind and patient with my kids. And they were doing tribute songs to Ozzy Osborne. Love it! Great vibes

This place is absolutely filthy. I’m not sure how they passed inspections or if they have even had any, but it was a greasy and sticky mess in all of the food areas, there was pieces of food that never get picked up just rotting in random corners of the restaurant, flies everywhere, nasty floors that didn’t get cleaned properly, upon many more things. Not to mention the ice cream always smelled freezer burnt and it is always too runny. The prices are also ridiculous at this location. Don’t eat here if you care about your safety.

Extremely unhappy with this dairy Queen location. All their prices are extremely more expensive than any other location, especially when you compare to somewhere like Florence. Not only that, they're telling us that we cannot order certain things like flamethrower sauce on the side, which specifically it says you can online and you're able to at all the other locations just for our typical meal, it cost $2 to $4 more at this location.
Great attitude of server and closing staff.

Lied about hours and the worker touched me inappropriately when I asked for my blizzard. I’m 14 years old this was not on my 2025 bingo card
