Iv had my fair share of problems with this place. Flat out rude customer service and as a fellow food service worker I’m completely baffled with how some of these employees talk to customers. BUT. If it wasn’t for the wonderful gentleman with the green beanie my gf an I would never come here. This man is so sweet so polite and absolutely welcoming. He always has a big smile on his face, wonderful manners, and this man deserves a raise!! The other employees should take note on how to be a great employee!!!!

My husband and daughters went to this DQ New Years Eve, and staff was SO rude. The manager on duty, yelled at him when he went to the counter to pick up the order. When he asked for a drink carrier and spoon, it was thrown at him. The manager then casually responded “oh, she is just throwing stuff today”. My husband called to speak with another manager to voice his experience and was yelled at, told it was nothing, and then hung up on. I called the manager when they got home, and she was hostile and confrontational to me as well. When I asked her if this is permitted behavior she said “yup, I guess it is” then hung up on me.

We went to this location. Ordered a burger and fries. The fries were dark yellow and hard hard when we got home. The burger meat patty was way over cooked. The burger bun was super over heated. Rubber like texture and tough. The phone number listed on Google to call them, says this wireless provider number can not get a hold of. So there is no way to contact them. This is insanely unprofessional and even crazier that their phone line is off/down. Horrible experience at this location.

Honestly, I've had a good experience every time I come through this DQ. I work 10 to 12 hour days for Carvana and I go to college part time online. So when I get to this DQ I'm starving from all the work and studying. I'm satisfied every time.

I stopped by for some ice cream, and unfortunately, it was a big letdown. The ice cream here is low-quality and just doesn't taste like real ice cream. If you're craving a sweet treat, you're much better off going to Salt & Straw where the quality is far superior.
On a positive note, the staff is friendly and hardworking, but sadly, the food itself doesn't live up to expectations. If you're looking for good ice cream, I would recommend skipping this place.

The manager is a jerk who expects his staff to work at their best while fostering a work environment where he can treat the staff like garbage. He only has himself to blame when he has a tiny staff during a rush.
