Website and app said drive thru open til 11. Drive up at 1040 and three separate neon signs are flashing “open”. Sit at drive thru for a few minutes with no response, pull up to the window and wait. Two people working inside see me and scurry to the back (where I can still see to open signs). One guy finally comes out and won’t look my direction. Tap my horn, he looks at me then looks away and pretends I’m not there. Tap my horn again and he finally comes to the window and says they’re open until 10. I mention the website and app say 11 and the flashing neon open signs directly in his view and he pretends to not know they were on. Needless to say, lost mine and my family’s business for good.

My son brought home a little token from school earning a free mini blizzard. I really appreciate rewards like this for students. I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a fast food restaurant that was clean, organized, had courteous staff, and was festive.
I wouldn’t expect a fast food restaurant to provide a pleasant atmosphere especially on a corner of a very busy intersection. 😊
The service was ridiculously prompt, my son was still picking out a table when our order was ready.
5 stars for the food being appropriate for a fast food restaurant level of quality 🎉

Was really confused when I ordered my blizzard only for it to be given to me in a milkshake consistency I ordered a blizzard for $4.50 a milkshake.... It was also served to me without a lid and a straw... The photo attached was taken less than 5 minutes after purchasing

The girl at the counter was very courteous and did a great job we ordered a shake and a blizzard and sat inside to eat it. There was a young man who kept touching his nose repeatedly before and after touching food coming out of window and delivering to guests. Then when it was not quite busy another young red headed guy was playing grab ass with the one extradition food out of the window. Common sense would be that easy wash your hands after touching your nose and before touching food. And DO NOT horse around while people are watching.
The service was extremely fast. Their ice cream/shake machine was up and running, and most important of all they clean the ice cream machine EVERY night. I was personally told by two McDonald's employees that they do not clean theirs every night.

Blizzards ( brownie and chocolate ) were excellent on a hot day. Plenty of chocolate and brownie bits
They forgot our food, no apology, and charged us for food they knew they had run out of and didn't offer us a substitute. Will not be returning to the Coburg road location! We will drive the extra distance and go to Main street in Springfield.

Just wanted to recognize the staff working at this location.... always courteous, but also very kind. On this day witnessed their patient assistance with a couple of seniors, then their kindness to someone down on their luck. We may never know the impact our actions have on others, but acts of kindness have a rippling effect...
