Don't go here. Not trained to handle or serve food.

Just went here at 8:45 PM on 03/18/25. The lobby was locked and a family in regular clothes was inside with their toddler sitting on the serving counter. This lady unlocked the door and said the drive thru was the only thing open dispite no signs being posted. She then said her "auntie" was the only person working. The lady then said she was helping out by running orders to cars. She said she didn't even work there but was helping out. (Wait, what? You don't work here and serve people their food. WTH? I hope someone doesn't get sick and sue DQ for not following Oregon Food Handler guidlines!) I took my family to the one on River Rd which was well staffed and very helpful. No problem spending my $40+ here!!

Went in to get a blizzard their was someone in front of me in line and I was waiting in line all of a sudden someone walked up and went to the counter I assumed something was wrong with their order then when the cashier asked what can I get for you she started to order then I told them that she cut me and as a cashier she should of paid attention and even said she was before you’ll have to go the end of the line instead when I said that I was called rude how am I rude for waiting 5 mins to order and not wanting to be cut and the cashier was was way out of line for calling me rude needs she needs to learn manners because how am I being rude if I was cut me who wouldn’t be annoyed after waiting for 5 mins and being cut and the cashier failed at adocating for the customer then trying to defend the entitled person that cut me by calling me rude

9:45 closed early...

Ordered at about 9:30 on the app, app told me when the food would be ready so I headed down. Arrived at approx 9:40 and there were 2 cars I could see in the drive thru. The first car moved forward pretty fast, and the second (van) pulled up. We sat there for 15 minutes without any acknowledgement from the speaker to the van. At this point it's passed "pick up" time, so I skip the DT line and come around front (suprise! there's one car at the window, and the first car I saw when I pulled up) and park. There's a sign on the door saying lobby is closed, use Drive Thru, but I can see 3 non-workers in the lobby area (man, woman, and child). Through the (locked) door I ask if they are in charge and they say no, another woman (DQ Employee, no name tag, older with grown out pink hair) come up and just says "use the drive thru", I told her the DT wasn't moving and no one was on the speaker. She shrugged me off, said "well, we're short staffed, what do you expect?" and walked away. I went back to the drive thru and saw the van was still at the speaker box!! So I by-pass them and go right back to the DT window (still two cars at the window). They move through, now it's about 9:55 and I get to the window...and wait...and wait, before someone FINALLY come to the window and no greeting "you had the blah blah blah", I said "no, I'm picking up a mobile order for Nate", no response. She closes the window and goes to the order screen and the pass through window. Comes back and asks what exactly the order is and I show her my confirm screen (see pics, note time at top left). Away she goes, and comes back one more time asking what the order was, and goes back to the pass through again. I see her pull my blizzard from a cold storage unit under the counter and she fiddles with that, I see her remove the lid, jiggle the spoon, and replace the lid and wipe down the sides of the cup. Soon thereafter I see her grab food from the window and bag it. She brings me my order at 10:07...I get home at 10:15, no not long enough for a blizzard to melt or food to get cold. Thank the chocolate gods that the cup held out as far as it did! I get inside and go to set the cup down on the table and it was so soft that the lid popped right off and over went the cup and the MILKSHAKE nearly all poured out before I could right the cup. 10:20 (I texted a friend right before) I check the burger, you know, "just in case", and find that although nothing appears to be spat upon the burger is quite NOT-WARM for only being <20 min old and having been in box and bag the entire time...So for nearly 30min in a circus of a Drive Thru, and for $15.68 I got a melted Blizzard, a cold (smaller than used to be) burger. I think I saw 4 or 5 employees literally running back and forth, back and forth, aimlessly during this entire ordeal! I've worked Fast Food....someone on speaker, someone on cold, someone on window, someone on food prep...This is NOT rocket science, in fact this is a total MESS!! Hands down, WORST fast food experience EVER!!! I rated those start higher than they deserve merely based upon the Brand Name! Shameful business! Oh and the posted hours of operation are incorrect...

Nearly every time I come here, they screw up my order. Normally I would just stop coming to a place like that but my parents insisted on going to this location. The most recent time I had the displeasure of coming to this place, a freaking drug deal was going down outside, the service on drive through was slow as molasses, AND THEY MESSED UP OUR ORDER AGAIN AND DIDN'T EVEN GIVE US A RECEIPT. That's why I decided it was time to leave a negative review. Please get competent managers and better training. I know dairy Queen can be great if the working environment is good.

My brother went to go get DQ blizzards, and when he got there, the employees were taking FOREVER to take his order, which all he ordered was 1 blizzard, a banana split, a fudge Sunday, and some chicken strips. Usually it doesn't take long for our food, but he litteraly WATCHED as the employee grabbed the banana for the banana split, then proceeded to take out their phone and go on it. Also they were giggling and legit not doing their work and wasting his time taking forever. The food was good, but the service was not that great. Luckily this was the first time it had happened, but it honestly was pissing us off.

Would give this location 0 stars if I could. It’s in the ghetto and their prices are at least $1 more on most items than other locations in town. The employees are rude, sloppy, and clearly often high. I live in the area and go here from time to time out of convenience. Over the years I can’t think of one time that they’ve got my order right. Something is always missing or wrong. We won’t be back. Would rather drive across town for better service and avoid the sketchy neighborhood and higher prices.

So there are a couple of people that work here that are amazing but for the most part most of them are rude and lazy. I came in to use the bathroom which I do regularly and the girl here today is rude and made it out to be a huge deal for me to use the bathroom. I ha e seen girls sitting on the counter taking on her phone while they where open. Eating behind the counter. And most of the workers are rude and act like we are bothering them. If you don't like your job find a new one.

The sodas tastes like seltzer water, the ice cream was liquid and not even half way full, the lady at customer service was rude, half assed and had a terrible attitude, forgot like half of our stuff. Not to mention the 20 minute wait time for being the only person in line. I don't know why I came back here, the last time it was very similar and we got food poisoning.
Don't waste your money, your better off driving across town to a different location.
