If I could give them zero stars I would. The girl taking my order couldn't hear anything I said unless I yelled at her. I ordered. $7 meal deal and boy was it not even worth that much. The dr pepper was so syrupy and thick I couldn't drink it, fries had to be sitting out under a lamp for at least an hour so they were also inedible, cheeseburger was freezing cold and gross. The sundae is ok and thats about it. I wasn't far away when I tried the fries and could have turned around but judging by the way the place looks it wouldn't have been any better a second time around. I worked at DQ in veneta as a side job for over a year and I can say that what they are allowing to come out if their kitchen at this location is disgusting and a poor excuse for anything edible. Either do better or somebody please shut this place down.

I don’t usual leave reviews, especially bad ones… but I waited at the window 10 minutes for one combo, and I assumed it was because the food would be hot. I was wrong. It was quite honestly gross looking, cold, and even my soda was flat. It looked dirty in there through the window and I’m not sure how someone packed this and genuinely thought it was okay to serve

Turn over is so terrible at this location that no one has proper training on how to look through the menu at the register. Three people were needed to get an answer on how to do something, then the cashier just gave up.
You apparently can't swap vanilla for chocolate icecream on the peanut buster parfait or attach it to an order instead of getting a drink.
Toast was not toasted, half of our sauce options were forgotten from the bag, and we paid for a blizzard they didn't give us.
Go to literally any other location.

Every time I go it’s just chaotic. I’ve finally given up on going to this location after my last visit through the drive thru. A homeless lady was standing behind the drive thru menu talking as people are ordering. A worker comes out handing her a blizzard with like 6 cars in line.
Thought we were being helpful by ordering through the app while we were in the drive thru line and found out that was a Big mistake. Will spend the extra gas to go to a different location if we even choose to have dairy queen again in the future. Just ruined a fun treat for the family.
