I ordered 1 blizzard. An oreo blizzard. They couldn't be bothered to actually send me the right item. I instead received a blizzard with chocolate pieces in it.
2 stars because at least that managed to send me the correct type of item and correct size. Just couldn't possibly take the time to make sure they made the right blizzard flavor. Thanks for ruining any excitement I was feeling.

This review relates to the DQ on or near the campus of the University of Oregon, We ordered 2 of the 6 pieces chicken meals and 2 chocolate covered ice cream dishes and 1 strawberry; All 3 were tasty. The chicken deals gravy was so runny it wasn’t funny. The French Fries were ok (if you’re not wanting even a light dusting of salt or seasoning.

We have been going to this DQ for close to 30 years to get our Blizzard fix. So many good memories here, especially coming back from the lake with the kids on hot summer day to get dinner and ice cream. The young crew running this place do a good job and it looks like they are having a good time joking around as they rush to help get orders processed. Dinning room is huge and clean and the food is decent.

I went through the drive-thru a week or so ago and they had an ugly handwritten paper taped to the menu board with all of the things they were out of. (The list included things like certain size cups, lids, along with food items - menu items and ingredients.) It was a LOT of stuff. It made my head hurt to try to figure out what they DID have, so I immediately left. Today, I tried again. The paper was gone, and there were some nicer decals on the board to indicate they were out of certain things - but even that wasn't clear. I drove away again. Are they just poorly managed? Are they lacking funds to buy the supplies they need? Are they getting ready to close? Does the owner know how the store is being operated?

Clean. However it was likely the most expensive DQ I have ever been too!! Plus the drive through teller, w/out asking, bumped my order up, charging me extra, which was unappreciated!!

Sometimes they take a little longer than I'd like to fill my order, but because they are so obviously understaffed. Despite that challenge, most of the employees give great customer service and the food is always hot and delicious, and the blizzards are always top notch!
If I could give them zero stars I would. The girl taking my order couldn't hear anything I said unless I yelled at her. I ordered. $7 meal deal and boy was it not even worth that much. The dr pepper was so syrupy and thick I couldn't drink it, fries had to be sitting out under a lamp for at least an hour so they were also inedible, cheeseburger was freezing cold and gross. The sundae is ok and thats about it. I wasn't far away when I tried the fries and could have turned around but judging by the way the place looks it wouldn't have been any better a second time around. I worked at DQ in veneta as a side job for over a year and I can say that what they are allowing to come out if their kitchen at this location is disgusting and a poor excuse for anything edible. Either do better or somebody please shut this place down.
