Without a doubt the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life, couldn’t have been made more perfect everything was delicious. Flavor of the beef, peppers and French bread all together was incredible ? & hooked me up big time with the portions ? I loved talking with Angelo he really made me feel welcome, you can tell what an awesome and passionate person he is. Dank Beef is the realest ??? so happy I found this place will definitely come back regularly from now on, made thanksgiving today one to remember ??

Impossible texture is my first takeaway from this sandwich — I had the OG Beef. The outer shell of the roll is toasted to perfection, while the bite reveals the doughy goodness inside. Texture is so freakin’ important with a sandwich!
The meat is simmered to perfection, and full of flavor. The cheese and choice of regular or spicy giardiniera are the chef’s kiss on this masterpiece of a sandwich.

Amazing! First the beef is tender but its the bread that is toasted, but Angelo the owner know whats whats up!
Went here for my husbands birthday and it did not disappoint! I got the OG and my husband got the Dank and sooooo amazing. I love trying new food styles and flavors and tonight, was Chicago style. Let me just say when I tell you the flavors bursting the heat of the sauce alongside the amazing service was just what we needed. Can’t wait to come back BIG thank you ? to Angelo for hooking it up with great food

The beef was very dank! The sandwich definitely benefitted from the spicy giardiniera ($2 extra). I got the OG - Juicy, meaty, cheesy, with au jus that soaks through the bread just right. The cart clearly cares about the quality of their food. Good to have another late night eat option in Eugene!
