Ordered grandstand to go. Came with ketchup?! No silverware no napkins no butter no syrup. I called to complain and was told I could come back I was so close they should have sent someone over. I had nothing to eat that night after driving for 2 days. My food was in eatable I want a refund!

Ordered ham and cheddar omelet. Got ham and American cheese omelet with ham and cheese all in one spot. Omelet was. Brown hashbrowns under cooked and toast cold .

Be prepared to wait. Ordered for no meat burger but beacon was added. Asked to change but staff mentioned that kitchen is busy.

The waitress there, the day after Christmas, was working by herself all morning was a rockstar running the place was calm and collected while her timing was smooth and impeccable throughout the busy rush and with also a 2-bite check. Thank you for providing gluten-free English muffins. Its nice to be able to have toast for breakfast with everyone else. 😉

I rarely write reviews but I figure this place deserves one. I was staying next door at the Motel 6 for a few days and I needed some dinner on my first night so came here. The waitress was very nice and polite and very helpful I didn’t get her name but when I came again the next night Christmas Eve she was working again. The food was great didn’t take long to get it either. Over my 3 day stay I came here 5 times for breakfast and dinner and every time was just as good. The best thing was the staff didn’t judge me for coming in as much as I did.
Highly recommend!!

On Thanksgiving Day we stopped at Dennys on Glenwood Drive in Eugene after snowmobiling at O Dell Lake, there were not a lot of people sitting in the dining room when we went in no more than I would normally expect to see so we decided to stay and order, no one greeted us to seat us even though there's a sign as you walk in stating! Please Wait to be seated! so we just went and sat down on our own , there was another lady that came in with her elderly mother the same time we did and her mom was using a walker and she seated herself to and stated no one seems to know what's going on here!
A waitress came and took our order , after waiting for over 45 minutes , I asked to talk to the manager who was "ERIKA" and I asked her how much longer our food would be? she stated they were very backed up and there was nothing she could do! her tone of voice was RUDE! I told her that they should be telling the dine in customers this when they take their orders that their food will be an hour as the waitress said nothing to us about an over an hour wait!!! After this Erika sent the waitress to our table to tell us that our food would be at least another half an hour so I asked to talk to ERIKA again, she said that she should put a banner up stating this and it was to bad we would just have to wait! I told her you don't have to put a banner up just tell people so that they don't just keep sitting there and waiting! she was
EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful which is not acceptable at all! There was myself, my husband and my son plus a lady and her elderly mother behind us who witnessed all of this! and stated to Erika their feelings to ! they never brought out any plates for anyone in the dining room the whole time we sat there but it was one bag after another continuously of food for door dash , we asked her why they cant alternate dining room orders with door dash and she stated we WONT do that!! the lady behind me said you WONT ! wow!!! when we finally got our food it was cold so it had been sitting there obviously for a while it was so gross we couldn't eat it!! they just left it sitting there because their main priority was door dash orders maybe they make better money on those? obviously somethings going on because that was their main priority! I expected them to be busy but if a wait is going to be that long then have enough courtesy to tell people! ERIKAs attitutde and behaviour was absolutely disgusting and she told me I have a bad attitude WOW!!! great customer service she should be fired!!!!! I've never been treated so badly in a restaurant my whole life!!! or the rest of the dine in people there! I will be reporting this misconductive behaviour to the health department as our food was cold and unedible! I have the receipt for what I paid and I will also take this up with the corporate office on their next day of business , but I think the health departments report will serve the greater purpose, if corporate is employing these kind of so called managers I'm not expecting much help from them we will see!!!!
