I ordered a bacon cheeseburger it was 11.75 for just the burger no sides come with it and I didn’t have much money due to it being a few days before Xmas so I wasn’t able tip I was already feeling bad.. I got my burger and I was excited about all burgers being smash burgers. I took a bite and it was not only a little krispy it was a ay overcooked and straight up burnt! I really hate complaining about food and worse I hate bringing it back. But it was way overcooked I just couldn’t eat it I tried.. so having to do something I absolutely hate doing,(returning food) I went to turn it in and asked for my money back. The gentleman was very very rude! Said he was going to lose his job because they aren’t supposed to give refunds but since it was so important to me he was going to give my money back and said this is a smash burger that’s how they are! I said I’ve had smash burgers before and they were not like this one I was being polite from the get go and he was very rude and made me feel so terrible about the whole thing! He went on to say and this didn’t include a tip now did it I said no and he was just giving me dirty looks and made me feel really bad. I won’t be going back there. If you like burnt to a crisp smash burgers and rude people then go to diamond deli they will take care of you…. Sunday the 21st at 4:00 pm

The pictures on their Google listing caught my interest, bringing me in. On sight, I was greeted with unwelcomed body language, rolling of the eyes & a rude attitude when asking for a menu. My reply was to simply explain that I was a 1st time customer & to let the worker know that I didn't realize that menus were not handed to customers & that they were simply posted on the wall alternatively.
I was not only shocked by the way that I was greeted upon simply walking in, but I'm working on myself so I simply apologized & walked out without ordering. Lil miss attitude was taken back!
BTW: I will never have confirmation, but I am of mixed race. I feel that being of black/ mixed race had something to do with the way that I was treated. Why else was I greated with rudeness on site?? 🤔

The food was indeed above average as others have mentioned, the jalapeño poppers are quite good and the jalapeño burger was almost too spicy(which is what I like). Surprising for this kinda place. Going back for a Reuben next time. The worker tonight was exceptionally kind, brought the food out to my car, and quick too.

It’s a neighborhood “deli” they used to have pretty good fish and chips, and bagel breakfast sandwiches, last time I ordered the fish and chips they weren’t that great. The fish pieces were too small.

Half of the food wasn't right, I asked for a cheeseburger and that was correct but then my sister got a bagel that was supposed to be just cream cheese and she gave us a whole breakfast sandwich that wasn't even on a bagel and had a bunch of stuff on it she wasn't gonna eat, and also they forgot my 5 dollar drink but I was so tired from the day I didn't even think about it till I got home, super disappointed and want a refund because it was all about 30 dollars, and the fries were super super soggy.

Their white gravy is the perfect texture - not too runny, not too meaty. The flavor is good, could be amped up a bit, but nothing a dash of tobasco won't fix. The biscuits fill the to-go boat edge to edge, so the portion size and ratio of biscuit to gravy is fantastic. It was too tantalizing for me to remember to take a picture without eating some first 😅 The breakfast sandwich was very flavorful with some sort of intense garlic spread. Bordered on a bit much, but I overall enjoyed the taste and textures. Good selection of bagel flavors and the one I chose was nice and soft. Will be visiting again when I'm in the mood for a warm and decadent breakfast!

I can’t believe I’m saying this… But they may have absolutely perfect made from scratch handmade french fries. It’s shocking how good the fries are. Also also had the tri-tip sandwich which was new to their menu and very, very good. But holy bananas… Those french fries are perfection.
Absolutely bomb food, so good!! And very nice service ❤️

I ordered the Turkey, bacon and avocado on sourdough today. The bread was decent and the sliced tomato was good. The turkey was very low quality - you can tell because it was pumped full of water and gelatin and sliced too thick. The turkey was wet, slightly spongy, and kind of slimy. The bacon was ground up. I wasn’t expecting that - I was expecting real bacon. The avocado “spread” was just okay. The sliced tomato and the bread was good. I feel kind of sad for this place. My opinion if they asked: use better ingredients, personally I’d rather have better quality and less quantity for the money.

I live close by and have given this place three tries for food. Each time I ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger. Poor quality, poor service. Just a place for some to come and gamble on the machines in the back room...sketchy!!!
