I literally have never made a review but this was the worst experience I have had yet. I have had multiple hour plus waits but this is outrageous. I placed an order at 9:30 and it’s 11 now. When I look at the tracker online it says order will be ready in 30 to 40 min and it never changes. I have called them and of course it’s an AI voice and they never pick up the phone. I have been on hold for 1 hour. This place is a joke and I will not be ordering from here again. And the customer service website is down.

Horrible service poor customer service tried to place an order on line and the system was down so I decided to go inside to find out you can't get a daily deal and use a coupon even though they are two separate things entirely. The man was rude about it and was telling me no for every item I placed for my online order was also pretty rude to the staff as well

Couldn't even call to let them know that my pizza was cold and they never gave me my parmesean cheese since they now charge extra for it which is ridiculous!! I want a refund or a new order free of charge. Worst customer service ever!!

Some of the worst customer service I have EVER received. Their phones aren’t working and it’s been over an HOUR. Apparently my pizza is just now getting in the oven?! This definitely isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience with this dominos either, however this will DEFINITELY be the last time I will ever patron dominos. Ridiculous!

Been looking forward to Domino’s deals on pizza all day. Ordered 2 medium pizzas on the website and it said it’ll be a 7-12 minute wait. That’s actually bizarre because no other Domino’s (or pizza place) is ready that fast. We decided to wait 25 minutes before picking up our order because every time we go to Domino’s, it’s always an extra 10-20 minute wait. Once we get there 30 minutes after ordering, the cashier told me it’ll be ANOTHER 40 minutes. Like sure it’s a busy Saturday night but they have 8 people working and never even updated the status on the website so it always just said “order ready in 7-12 minutes.” The Domino’s in Eugene NEVER update the online status and always make ordering such a hassle. It’s nice that Domino’s comes up with pretty deals for pizza but it’s no use if the wait time is OVER 60 minutes from ordering. Therefore we gone home hungry after cancelling the order due to the extra 40 minute wait. Not even mad at this point, just disappointed in the service ?
