Its 2pm and they don't have enough cash in their whole store to break $100. I've worked cashier and service for over 20 years and that is ridiculous. Definitely never wasting my time with location again and will tell others to do the same.
So tired of businesses trying to force Americans to abandon the use of legal tender for digital currency by refusing to take cash. Beyond the pale. Thanks for reminding me to spend my money locally.

I took 3 times as long as predicted to get my food.The texts came, but the pizza didn't. When I called and eventually talked to the manager.They said, it's coming.I asked if there was any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. They said it's on its way.I understand things happen.But that was terrible customer service. You lost customer with me.
*update. Opened the box and it's burnt! I sincerely regret tipping you. Such a lame experience. It's not like you guys offer quality pizza.What you offer is convenience and this has been such an inconvenience. No thanks

I literally have never made a review but this was the worst experience I have had yet. I have had multiple hour plus waits but this is outrageous. I placed an order at 9:30 and it’s 11 now. When I look at the tracker online it says order will be ready in 30 to 40 min and it never changes. I have called them and of course it’s an AI voice and they never pick up the phone. I have been on hold for 1 hour. This place is a joke and I will not be ordering from here again. And the customer service website is down.

Horrible service poor customer service tried to place an order on line and the system was down so I decided to go inside to find out you can't get a daily deal and use a coupon even though they are two separate things entirely. The man was rude about it and was telling me no for every item I placed for my online order was also pretty rude to the staff as well
Order somewhere else. Any time I order a "large" pizza they like to use a medium sized dough so each slice is ridiculously thin.

Couldn't even call to let them know that my pizza was cold and they never gave me my parmesean cheese since they now charge extra for it which is ridiculous!! I want a refund or a new order free of charge. Worst customer service ever!!

Some of the worst customer service I have EVER received. Their phones aren’t working and it’s been over an HOUR. Apparently my pizza is just now getting in the oven?! This definitely isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience with this dominos either, however this will DEFINITELY be the last time I will ever patron dominos. Ridiculous!
