Repeatedly terrible service. Pizza was burnt, missing toppings, sliced totally haphazardly, and soda bottles were warm and shaken so they exploded when we opened them. Tried to call and speak to manager multiple times but after having to get past 4 separate automated systems including an AI who kept trying to take my order, and being on hold for upwards of 10 minutes each time without answer, I finally gave up and decided to write here instead.
If other customers are having the same problems I did, I can imagine I will never get through on the phone!

Delivery was so slow, I could of walked to their location made the pizza myself and walked back. For a wensday night a 2 hour turn around is unexpected. Food was cold.

Declining pizza quality - 2nd time in a row of a bad pie from this location. Latest being a clearly small dough stretched out to make a medium. Pizza was barely sliced and definitely didn't have the extra cheese I paid for. Better off getting a frozen or Little C these days for your budget pizza needs. I'll no longer be giving Domino's my $ at this point.

Forgot all of the toppings on my pizza, cheese bread is burnt and they won't pick up the phone. The online customer service isn't helpful all they did was offer me a free pizza. I spent 40 dollars for them to offer me a 14 dollar pizza.

Used to be a fan until today. Driver left the shop and parked nearby for over 30 minutes. Got a cold pizza an hour after they said it was out for delivery. Tried calling the store, but was just put on hold for 15 minutes and they hung up.
And I tipped 6$ on a free pizza order.

Fix the Philly cheesesteaks ! No exaggeration you are getting a mushroom/pepper/onion and cheese sandwich with a strip or two of Philly steak. Maybe I’m wrong but app didn’t allow double meat option leaving me with a bread and veggie Philly again. Who wants a meatless Philly dominos?

Ordered through uber eats. The pizza arrived over an hour late. 0 communication. When it arrived it was cold and gross. I just threw it away. Definitely will never order from here again. My tip was more than the pizza was worth that I received.

CHECK YOUR RECIEPT. I won't be returning, EVER. On my last order I used my points for a free S&C sandwich. I was surprised by a $2 charge. I later figured out it was a "donation" to a national charity. I donate Locally ONLY and as a matter of policy I NEVER donate to national organizations as I can still remember the March of Dime, $.10 out of every dollar was pathetic, YOU never know where the money is going nor how much. The woman didn't ask, she simply billed me, and no she wasn't a newb. So, if you took the time to read it all, CHECK YOUR RECIEPT.
My wife ordered a pizza around little after 1700, and it didn’t arrive until after 1900. When it did arrive, the box was smashed and the pizza sauce was spread all over the box. This was supposed to be my dinner when I got off of work. On top of all of that, the pizza wasn’t even cut! Called to complain once I came home from work, spoke to a representative, and they said they would rush a pizza out in 20 minutes for the inconvenience. Roughly an hour later our pizza arrived. Sadly will never be ordering from there or dominos again.

Worst dominos service i’ve had. ordered my pizza online at 6:30 and the app said it would be ready within 9-15 minutes. i came in at 7 and it wasn’t ready and they said 30 minutes. i waited till 7:45 and they still haven't put my pizza in the oven. its now 8pm and its STILL not ready. Worst experience. i haven’t been offered a refund or anything. 👎👎👎👎👎
