Listen. Domino’s quality is the same across the country. We always love it. I knew ordering delivery on a Sunday night would take a little longer. But I wasn’t expecting to wait almost 2 hours. That’s not what made me mad though. This rating is low specifically for how the pizza showed up after all that waiting and the fact that I literally could not get through to call about it on the phone. Missing part the toppings? How did that get through the quality check? Never ordering delivery from this location again. If I do order at all, I’ll be switching to pickup only and checking the box before I leave the building.

Waited two and a half hrs to feed the family and our pizza is raw.? This is ridiculous and possis me off... You want good pizza ? Don't order from here! You want cooked pizza? Don't order from here.... I would go to papa Murphy's before I order from this dump again

Waited 30+ minutes for my order. Got to the drive thru window 10 minutes after ordering online and 3 of the employees are screwing around. All of them notice me but do not come up to the window to ask what I ordered. Waited 2-3 minutes and finally had someone ask what I needed. To my knowledge my order was just now placed into the oven 13 minutes after I made my order online. Waited another 10 minutes in the parking lot. Went to the window for the second time and waited for yet ANOTHER 4-6 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me. The customer service is horrid! You can tell there isn’t a manager at 10pm so the employees screw off. Their excuse is there’s so many orders that they are behind. That is a lie. Dominos do better!!!!!

I consistently have a 4-star experience ordering from Domino's, and I hope the improvements made over the last 6 months are here to stay. The food is now cooked properly, toppings have become more generous (though it varies. My pizzas still arrive with areas empty of toppings & cheese)), and food items are no longer prepared sloppily. I'm pleased I remained a customer of this particular Domino's and hope they continue to improve, as some toppings (mushrooms, onions, and especially pineapple) are still somewhat sparse. My star ratings would have been lower almost a year ago.

The people are awesome but for some reason everytime I get “light sauce” on something to them that means no sauce and “normal” means extra. I’m scared to see what extra sauce looks like

Drove all the way here when I had problems with the app and couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone only to find the store closed despite no signage saying why. It was 9pm
I'm here at947pm on March 22nd 2025 the young man working is busting his ass the girl is alright making pizza bread while he does everything else. I Wana say they need other helpers my order took well over an hour so I won't be back. I only ordered 1 pizza 1 thing of wings and 1 thing of bread bites. Also the 50% off coupon did not actually make my pizza 50% off Wich I absolutely did notice!

Repeatedly terrible service. Pizza was burnt, missing toppings, sliced totally haphazardly, and soda bottles were warm and shaken so they exploded when we opened them. Tried to call and speak to manager multiple times but after having to get past 4 separate automated systems including an AI who kept trying to take my order, and being on hold for upwards of 10 minutes each time without answer, I finally gave up and decided to write here instead.
If other customers are having the same problems I did, I can imagine I will never get through on the phone!

Delivery was so slow, I could of walked to their location made the pizza myself and walked back. For a wensday night a 2 hour turn around is unexpected. Food was cold.
