I love Domino's New York Style dough. I craved it all day, and after a long day, I finally decided to place an order for delivery for my family. I never buy pizza. At 7:02 my tracker said someone was making it, a female, and then it never moved. I called the store 45 minutes later and the phone never stopped ringing. It hung up after ten minutes of trying to get through. I had to drive to the restaurant, and after arriving, I entered an empty restaurant with one worker walking into a restroom. Tables were dirty. No one else in sight and the phone never stopped ringing. At this point it was 65 minutes after my order. I was then told, once the employee came back (no female employeesin sight), that it would be 20 more minutes before they could even start my order. So at least 45 minutes later. A 2 hour order? I canceled my order and got a refund. So disappointed. Worst experience ever.

Ordered food July 14, went to go pick up was told it would be done maybe in two hours after the promise time. The counter lady told me she would refund my order and apologized for the inconvenience. July 18th no order was refunded. I called three times, manager was supposed to call me back, no word. Now it’s July 26th, called in, Jennifer (supervisor) rudely said she couldn’t help, told me she could have her boss call me but hung up before taking any of my info. Super professional! I have a case open with dominos since July 14th. Very disappointed.

I Would not recommend this dominos due to the fact that my order was not fulfilled whatsoever. after waiting 1 hr for an order that said 10-15 minutes. I received someone else’s entire order, after attempting to rectify the situation all calls were put on hold and left on hold, nobody ever picked up. Would have given 0 stars if possible!

Ordered pizza at 6:30 pm for delivery with a 38-48 minute time frame for delivery over an hour later and the pizza was still in prep mode and hadn’t been made yet. If you call the store you get no answer. Over 2 hours later and finally the food shows up. Absolutely unacceptable

I put in my order before they even opened. I have been waiting for 30 minutes past my time when I asked for it to be ready at 1:30. My son's bday party started at 2 and I am still here. They should warn people when they are going to be behind so I can cancel and go somewhere else.

This is the second time in a week that I’ve ordered from this location. Both times the app said delivery would be 25-35 minutes and both times it has taken 2 hours. You can’t call and get ahold of anyone so you basically have to sit and wait for the tracker to update. My neighbor ordered from this location a few nights ago and the same thing happened to her. Last night the driver said they are having to pickup business from the Coburg Road location since they aren’t able to work at full capacity right now. She also said they have been given more employees from that location. The work load may have increased but they’ve been given extra help as well. At the very least, there should be some sort of notification of what’s going on or an honest delivery time on the app. It doesn’t seem right to be told 35 minutes, charged $5.99 for a delivery fee and give a generous tip just to wait for 2 hours, not be able to contact the store and then get a “yea sorry about that” nonchalant attitude once delivered. I will definitely wait for Coburg Rd to be up and fully running again before I place another order.

I placed on online order for delivery. The estimated delivery time was up to 47 minutes. After 75 minutes I tried calling the store three times and was disconnected after 6-11 minutes each time. I finally drove to the store to inquire about my order just to find out that it hadn’t even made it to the baking stage. I was told that the delivery fee could not be refunded without a big hassle of canceling the order and redoing it. I wasn’t about to wait even longer for this process and not to mention that it takes 3-5 business days for that to reflect on my bank account. I am very disappointed in the service received tonight. I do not recommend this store.
