Ehh it's equivalent dominos with any other, but every single time I order I show up when the app or website says my pizza is supposed to be ready only to find out it'll take another 15-20min. 0 apology, or explanation. And the app and website never update to reflect the new completion time until I'm already there at the time is was supposed to be done. Over it.

Got delivery and the loaded tator tots came as a half order, looked like someone ate it or dropped it. The chicken pizza was not cut all the way thru and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for sometime.

You changed the delivery time 2 times online - i do not appreciate eating a room temperature pizza. 50 minute delivery time. I will point out that your delivery man is polite and friendly. I'm sure your people working this shift are doing their best. DO BETTER TIME ON DELIVERIES.

Honestly this Dom's was a saving grace tonight. I felt bad for placing an order so late and I wasn't sure which store it was coming from, then when the driver brought my za he said time to go close up shop! Oops, sorry man! I wouldn't have actually ordered so late, but I'm stuck working a double tonight. This was one of the best doms orders ive had in a while, usually the home store is across town when I'm not at work. Thank you doms!

We've been ordering from this store for years and always get excellent service.

Here is our latest experience:
We ordered two of the 9.99 5 topping pizzas and some hot buffalo wings. The driver was super friendly and got here in no time, A+.

The pizzas were perfect but we got the wrong wings, we got ranch instead of Buffalo.

We left a review on the order page, and next thing you know there's a knock a the door and I look outside and there's the buffalo wings we ordered! My fiancé Amy shortly after got a call I'm assuming from the manager thanking us for the review and to let us know they dropped off our proper order of wings.

Wow! I never expected that kind of awesome service, we did not even bother calling the store about the order discrepancy, did not expect someone to look into it and fix the issue that quickly.

A+ to the Domino's at 3540 W 11th Ave!

I love Domino's Pizza and really rated it a ten.
The only problem is ordering the crust.
I want the thin crust. If you say that, they give you crackers. You have to remember that it's the NEW YORK crust. I returned the pizza today and got the right one NEW YORK not CRACKERS! Domino's you can do better.

So fast and so kind! Whoever was cashiering today was so thoughtful to point out the promos for me. He was very patient and friendly. Overall, amazing service.

ROY, ROY ROY you are a very rude and argumentative human... I was left with only the option to go in. I called and was on hold for 18 minutes. When i heard the phone ringing inside i told them i was on hold. Mr. Roy decided to tell me he can't make pizzas if he answered my calls. On line was giving me errors. Roy proceeded to tell me others orders went thru. Well gee i guess i chose today to start lying. Dumb dumb. So I started telling another employee my order and Mr Roy is still in the background running his mouth. My grandson is with me and he even said I don't think we should come here anymore. He's right, we will never be back to this store again rude people rude rude rude......
