We placed an order through the app and it said 10 to 15 minutes, we showed up 20 minutes later to be told it would be an hour for our order... Absolutely unacceptable this was supposed to be convenient and easy as we just had a baby, and this was dinner. Farthest thing from convenient and easy and didn't help the person at the window was pretty much like well that's how it is sucks to suck...

I love dominos but the one on West 11th is run by a bunch of rude dirty looking ppl ..... Also since when can they not make a pizza w half and half sauce? Seriously!!Don't go here if u kno what's best

I made an online purchase for carry on 8/23/24, at 8:36 pm , The 19.99 meal, 35 mins later i had my sister pick my food up. We'll I thought she was when she got there they informed her it was going to be another 30 mins, when she went back down there and said some thing to one of there employees they got short and nasty with her. Were is the customer service ? and why Isn't anyone of these establishments making there employees were hair nets. I called no ever answered ,When I finally got my food it was cold. What were they doing that it took over an hr to carry out. I Always thought domino pizza was great, In one day two different restaurants made me never want to eat there again. 60 dollars all together on food and i didn't even get to eat. I starved that night.

It’s Dominos. Their pizza is Dominos pizza. But if you are looking for Dominos pizza, this is probably the cleanest, friendliest one.
Vegetarian options: Pacific veggie pizza is great. Obviously the customer can also create their own pizza and make it as vegetarian as they like.
Ordered a NY style and a thin crust. The thin crust pizza came out burnt. We ordered 2 thin crust pizzas from this dominos just 3-4 days earlier, they came out good. Called and asked if I could return the pizza uneaten to dominos for a refund as my wife says she used to work at a pizza place and if it was returned the employees would often spit in the new one (not this pizza place or chain). Manager said there are no refunds and the pizza came out the way it should. That there is one setting on the oven and one time and that they all look like this, the ones from 4 days ago weren't burnt.
So I will now provide you with photos and let you decide If the pizza is the way it should be and never order from this Dominos again.
When you take people's hard earned money, and give them poorly made food, the least you can do is honor their request for a refund. Even though the manager agreed the pizza was not acceptable, I was not allowed to get a refund- I was offered a remake that would take 15-20 minutes, or a free pizza for "next time". I understand that mistakes happen, but if you are doing a "quality check" as indicated in the app, then those mistakes should be getting caught BEFORE getting the pizza to the customer. I still think my money should have been refunded.

Pizza was good as always but the staff was rude unacomidating refused entry to the main lobby refused to answer the phone so I could order pizza and was rude once/ through the drive through don't think I can recommend anyone to get food from the store especially if not pre-ordered online
