10 out of 10! Amazing! The quality of the food was outstanding. The service is quick. It was a pretty busy night for a Thursday. That's don't the way they I expedited our food was Amazing.
I've never visited a food truck that had an actual atmosphere about it before... But with the Japanese lanterns swinging in the wind, I actually felt for a moment like I'd been transported to fuedal Japan while I enjoyed my meal. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often!
Normally, I order from one of the other places, but decided to try the yakisoba noodles with pork. It was very delicious and very rich in flavor. The pork was excellent and expertly cooked. I will have it again.
